- Via Romana, 41R - Tuscan Taste is Florence’s BEST “progressive” wine shop. This sensory experience takes place in a “casual”, fun and dynamic way, with a language that everyone can understand and the possibility of asking questions to our expert who will begin to make you discover the world of wine. You will discover stories, curiosities and secrets, always in a “smart” way, favoring the emotional and practical aspect. Why choose this “freedom” experience? Because you can decide how much and what to taste or follow the “itinerary” from our sommelier and consequently how much to spend . Because its “performance”, fun and flexible, will always follow your idea and in any case guided by our expert. How does it work? You will pay only Euro 10 per guest for the service and then, with our expert, you will start the journey. 45 min of pure fun and you will only pay for what you drink in the amount you decide! f you then want a private service, you will pay the sommelier service only 20 Euro per person and decide the path to take. Example tour of Tuscan wines or Italian wines or maybe just red wines or white wines. How many? how many do you want! also in this case You will only pay for what you drink!

You won’t experience another tasting of ‘liberty’ like ours anywhere in the city. Why should you select us? For our dynamic approach which allows you to dictate your spend without enforced prices, aside from a minimal fee for sommelier service. Our expert will be devoted to you and your small group (6 guests), sharing knowledge of the wine from every imaginable angle. Taste, history, interesting stories, and fun facts all come together in a relaxed setting. How does it operate and how will you estimate your spend? You receive a card and with each ‘tour’ wine sip, it’s your call whether you wish for a small sample, half a glass, or a full glass - you decide your spend right there and then, no hidden costs. The activity is primarily conducted standing, but comfortable stools are available if you prefer to sit. Once your guided ‘journey’ concludes, you could opt to further your tasting independently (we’ve got 24 wines for your experimental tasting!), fetching useful and engaging information at all times.

Fantastic Experience! - What a great experience, spending an afternoon in our own kitchen with Chef Vary teaching and coaching us from Florence. There is nothing like making it yourself with your own tools and getting instant feedback from an expert, with Edoardo showing us from several angles what she was doing as she coached us on technique, . We learned how to make authentic pasta, and put it all together in a fantastic dinner. We know this is starting us on a path of many more homemade pasta meals with our new skills! Thank you, Chef Vary and Edoardo for such a great class and dinner!

Fabulous! - Sharing the time with Chef Vary and learning proper ingredients and recipes was awesome. Feasting on the final dishes was the icing on the cake.
Instructions were clear and she was very patient throughout the whole time.
A wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Great cooking experience! - Great class! Chef Vary was so much fun to cook with. She explained everything in a very enthusiastic, fun way and very much wanted us to do well and have a great meal. One day, I hope to go to Florence and take her classes in person!

PERFECT EXPERIENCE! MAKES A WONDERFUL GIFT! - Chef Vary was simply wonderful! She explained each step in complete detail, was fun, patient, and made this experience as great as it possibly could be. We will absolutely take another virtual cooking class with her, and when we make it to Italy we for sure will take her class in person! We would recommend Chef Vary to anyone! We can't say enough good about her and her class!

Superb Family activity! - Fantastic on-line Italian cooking class. Chef Vary is a very talented, accomplished and knowledgeable Chef. Chef Vary has a great flair for cooking and shared many very useful tips. She was informative, helpful and patient and catered for a range of abilities. The class was a birthday present and the on-line format meant that we cooked at home and spent precious family together. In 2.5 hours we learned to make our own Gnocchi as well as Ravioli from scratch and a delicious pasta sauce. After logging off we sat together and enjoyed a DELICIOUS family meal. We shall cherish these precious memories. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The Pasta was Goooood! - My parents were supposed to go to Italy this April, but weren't able to due to covid. So instead we brought Italy to them :) My mom and I did the online cooking class together and we all had a delicious Italian meal that night. Chef Vary was friendly and explained her techniques very well. Her camera setup was advanced, so were were able to see a front, side, and birds eye view of what she was doing. Thanks again, it was deliziosa!

Wonderful experience! - Chef Vary and her husband were such a pleasure to work with! My husband, mother in-law, mother and I loved the 2 hour cooking class that we took via skype! Chef Vary sent us about 25 different dishes to select from. She also provided a list of all necessary kitchen equipment and ingredients so we were properly prepared for the class. The two dishes that Vary taught us to make were fun and easy to create and incredibly delicious! Vary was a great teacher and has incredible warmth. We had never taken a virtual cooking class before but we loved it! They have a great setup in their kitchen with multiple camera angles so we could really see and learn everything we needed to. We made an authentic Italian feast in Illinois! We would recommend this class to all! Thank you so much, Chef Vary!
