The best exerpience in Florence! - We were hosted and instructed by Gustavo - he was an amazing guide. He met us at the Central Market, showed us around, told us how to identify the best ingredients. He was fun and kind. We had such a great time walking through the market with him. Then we walked to the school. We made bruschetta, gnocchi, with a spicy tomato sauce, poppolito (?) like a meat loaf and a panna cotta for dessert. We had a private class with just myself, my husband and two of our kids (teenagers). My stepdaughter LOVED every minute because she's at home in the kitchen. My stepson was reluctant at first, but because of Gustavo's positive nature, ended up diving right in, did everything he was asked, and did an amazing job! He basically made most of the sauce for the pasta, and it was so delicious! Gustavo walked us through every step, including how to chop. We all left feeling so much more confident in the kitchen and excited to try some of the techniques at home. Gustavo was very attentive, supportive of our kids, and made it fun for all of us. He was warm and engaging and just put us all at ease. I can't recommend this experience enough!

Super fun! Excellent Value! - If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Gustavo was, hands-down, the best! He was funny, thoughtful and Patient. And the meal was delicious with huge portions. This is way under priced for the excellent value. Highly recommended. Is even going back again! Thank you, Gus!
