We will cook lasagna together: how to make the dough with a rolling pin. I’ll explain how to cook a good Bolognese sauce and béchamel. While we cook it, we prepare the famous Italian spaghetti that we can all eat together accompanied by our excellent Tuscan organic wine. Finally, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. The experience will last 3 hours including cooking and eating all together. All of you will receive recipes with our secrets.

A wonderful pasta cooking experience - This was a wonderful experience, our teaching chef, Milena, was amazing, very patient with us, had an expansive knowledge of Italian cooking and cuisine. She taught us pasta and sauce preparation so that we can go back home and prepare an Italian meal from scratch. She explained the rationale for each step of the process and taught us the techniques needed for a successful Italian meal preparation. The other participants signed up for the experience did not show up and she essentially gave my wife and I a private lesson in cooking. Despite just the two of us being there she never abbreviated the lesson and gave us the full experience. We highly recommend the cooking experience.

Alt was an amazing... - Alt was an amazing instructor. My husband and son had way more fun than they thought they would. This was a fun thing to do with the family- especially while it was raining.

Fun and delecious experience :) - It was a nice experience and the kids enjoyed it and Bruna the host was amazing and helpful she shared lots of info and was nice to the kids. the final result was delicious ;)

A must-do activity when visiting Florence! - We had the most amazing experience at the cooking class we attended in Florence. My wife, our three teenagers, and I learned how to make lasagna and spaghetti from scratch. Our host Ms Aly was incredibly entertaining and made the entire session both fun and educational.
From the moment we arrived, we felt motivated and engaged. Aly’s energy and passion for cooking were contagious, and even our teenagers, who can be hard to impress, absolutely loved it. The instructions were clear, and the hands-on experience was invaluable.
We left with not only full stomachs but also a newfound appreciation for Italian cuisine. This event is perfect for anyone – whether you're alone, a couple, or a family. I can highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Florence. It’s a must-do activity that you won’t regret!
