We’ll be crafting two traditional Italian dishes that are a staple at the Sunday dinner of every true Italian household. We’ll provide both a historical and theoretical introduction before diving into the hands-on cooking session where you’ll create two world-renowned gourmet Italian dishes.

- Piazza del Carmine, 4 - We will learn how to make spaghetti and lasagna which are the famous Italian dishes. With flour, eggs, water, milk you will make pasta and we will teach you the little Italian secrets. We will be in San Frediano, the heart of Florence in a well-kept and comfortable place. We will cook lasagna together: how to make the dough with a rolling pin. I’ll explain how to cook a good Bolognese sauce and béchamel. While we cook it, we prepare the famous Italian spaghetti that we can all eat together accompanied by our excellent Tuscan organic wine. Finally, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. The experience will last 3 hours including cooking and eating all together. All of you will receive recipes with our secrets.

Pasta Making Class - Our family had a wonderful time making pasta and lasagna. Martha was a great teacher and made the experience fun for both us and our kids.

Fun and delecious experience :) - It was a nice experience and the kids enjoyed it and Bruna the host was amazing and helpful she shared lots of info and was nice to the kids. the final result was delicious ;)

A must-do activity when visiting Florence! - We had the most amazing experience at the cooking class we attended in Florence. My wife, our three teenagers, and I learned how to make lasagna and spaghetti from scratch. Our host Ms Aly was incredibly entertaining and made the entire session both fun and educational.
From the moment we arrived, we felt motivated and engaged. Aly’s energy and passion for cooking were contagious, and even our teenagers, who can be hard to impress, absolutely loved it. The instructions were clear, and the hands-on experience was invaluable.
We left with not only full stomachs but also a newfound appreciation for Italian cuisine. This event is perfect for anyone – whether you're alone, a couple, or a family. I can highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Florence. It’s a must-do activity that you won’t regret!

Mangia! - This was a super fun experience! Our chef walked us through the art of making lasagna and fettucini. We had fun with the rest of the people in our class and had an amazing dinner to top off the class. I highly recommend if you are looking to make pasta for your first time!

The best memory of our trip! - Outstanding experience! The facilities were beautiful. Air conditioning helped it to be the perfect activity for a hot day. My 9 year old had the best time! The food was very good! We cannot wait to make it for our family! This was a wonderful way to spend the hot 12-3:00 hours in the Florence heat!
