  Join us in Florence, where a van will transport you to an organic farm nestled in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards in “Fucecchio,” just 35 minutes from Florence.

Experience a tour of the cellar where organic wines are crafted, and savor organic red wines straight from the barrel. Meet our friendly pigs, stroll through the olive trees, and gather aromatic herbs like oregano, dill, thyme, rosemary, and sage, which are perfect for enhancing our meals. Learn to identify and harvest each herb.

Discover the art of making homemade fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle and ravioli, using flour and eggs. We’ll share a little Italian secret, and then enjoy a meal together with our bottled wine, either on a refreshing patio in summer or in our cozy, traditional kitchen in winter.

After the meal, indulge in a delightful dessert accompanied by limoncello and coffee.

For the morning session, return by train from San Miniato-Fucecchio station at 16:30, while the afternoon session includes a van ride back to the meeting point in Florence.
