Join us in Florence, where a van will transport you to an organic farm nestled in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards in “Fucecchio,” approximately 45 minutes from Florence.
The tour includes a visit to the cellar where organic wines are produced, with the opportunity to taste organic red wines straight from the barrel.
Meet the friendly farm animals, stroll through the olive trees, and gather aromatic herbs—oregano, dill, thyme, rosemary, and sage—that are perfect for enhancing our meals. Learn how to identify and harvest each one.
Discover the art of making homemade fresh pasta like Tortelli and ravioli using flour and eggs. Uncover a little Italian secret, then enjoy a meal together with wine bottled on-site, either on a refreshing patio in summer or in a cozy, traditional kitchen in winter.
After the meal, indulge in a delightful dessert accompanied by limoncello and coffee.
To enhance guest comfort, travel is provided in a 20-passenger minibus with a private driver, eliminating the need for a train return. This service costs 20 euros per person, payable directly to the driver by card before the return trip.

Best activity ever - I’m a study abroad student in Florence, and this was probably one of the most fun things I’ve done while in Italy. All of the guides were great at what they do. They were kind and funny, adding to the experience. The grounds were beautiful and the food and wine was exceptional. The other people who ended up going on the trip too added to the experience, for in the end we all ended up talking over the delicious home-made pasta we made towards the end. 100% recommended.

Beautiful - Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared so many interesting facts about the region, its history, and wine-making traditions. We visited a beautiful winery where we had the chance to walk through the vineyards, learn about the production process, and, of course, enjoy a wine tasting. The countryside tour in Tuscany was absolutely unforgettable.

Unforgettable - Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared so many interesting facts about the region and wine-making traditions. We visited a beautiful winery where we had the chance to walk through the vineyards, learn about the production process, and, of course, enjoy a wine tasting.
I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the region. It’s the perfect mix of culture, nature, and amazing wine!

The tour was outstanding.... - The tour was outstanding. The winery tasting was excellent, beautiful scenery, friendly group, bus was comfortable. Making the fresh pasta with my hands was incredible- well worth it!

AMAZING - A fun afternoon making 2 different kinds of pasta. Chef was very engaging and funny on wandered around the class to provide assistance when needed. good of wine flowing and had some great laughs with people from many different countries.
The location is lovely and surrounded by greenery.

What an Experience! - Get ready for an amazing treat! This winery visit was a total delight from start to finish. Wandering through those stunning vineyards and meeting the sweet animals was such a charming start. But the wine tasting? Oh my goodness! Five incredible wines that truly sang with flavor. And the pasta making class? Seriously fun and so rewarding when you get to eat your own creation! It's a fantastic journey into the heart of Italian charm, deliciousness, and tradition – you absolutely have to try it!

An amazing day! - Wow! This winery experience was absolutely unforgettable! Strolling through the gorgeous vineyards and cuddling the adorable animals was just the start of an incredible sensory adventure. Tasting their five wines was a real explosion of flavor, each one better than the last! And then, learning to make fresh pasta... what a blast and so satisfying to taste! A total immersion in the beauty, flavors, and Italian tradition that I highly, highly recommend!

The Fattoria of Wonder!!!! - The Fattoria was a fantastic place to spend my time! What a great atmosphere! If you are looking for complete and relaxing immersion in the fascinating Tuscan countryside, this is the right experience for you!
The staff was amazing, I felt so welcomed, everybody did his best to make me and the group feel at ease!Strolling through the vineyards, tasting their excellent organic wines, cooking pasta, and enjoying it with a group of new friends was one of the most beautiful moments I had during my trip to Italy.

Amazing Experience, Highly Recommend - This was such a beautiful experience! Our guides were extremely informed and very passionate about what they do. Romina and Valentina were super great. And Romina was such a great host, she made the experience even better. The vineyard was beautiful and it was also nice to see the farm animals, and the orange trees, etc. Pasta making was super fun, our chef was super helpful, and the food we ate was also great, along with the wine of course.
I had to buy the olive oil from their shop as it smelled and tasted so good! Highly recommend!

Love for olive oil and wine - My experience at the farm was unforgettable! The walk through the olive groves and vineyards was fantastic and peaceful. Great lesson on making ravioli and amazing food with the Chef. The wine tasting was a great experience and I learned a lot about pairing. I would do it again soon !
