What can you expect?
- Stroll through ancient olive groves and vineyards, taking in the breathtaking views, rich history, and charm of the farm. It’s an ideal moment to capture stunning photos of the genuine Tuscan landscape.
- Explore the wine cellar and savor five organic Tuscan wines, perfectly paired with local culinary delights. You’ll also have the opportunity to taste our olive oil! Wines can be purchased at cellar prices or ordered for delivery.
- The final experience involves crafting fresh pasta with our expert chefs. They’ll reveal the secrets of pasta-making, and we’ll gather around a long table—just like a true Italian family—to enjoy the pasta we’ve created.
The group size is limited to a maximum of 20 participants, ensuring ample time and space for socializing.
Minibus transportation with a private driver is provided, costing €20 per person, payable directly to the driver by card before the return journey.

AMAZING experience! - By far our favorite activity we did in Italy! The farm and vineyard was breathtaking, the tour guides were well informed, the wine was delicious, and the pasta making class was so fun. 100% add this to your Italy itinerary!

Exceptional experience with beautiful surroundings - Exceptional experience. A little difficult to find due to google map issues. Advise taking their shuttle from Florence to avid this issue. Great wine , delightful hosts and the cooking experience was amazing thanks to our chef. Who knew that pasta doesn’t come out of a box and helped us prepare food for the King,

Beautiful Tuscan farm, wine tasting and pasta making - We’re so lucky to enjoy this beautiful experience. It was magical from start to finish with the farm visit, feeding the animals, exploring the vineyards and wine tasting before learning how to make pasta from scratch from an experienced and kind chef (she’s so strong)! We enjoyed our family style meal with our ravioli creations and had great conversations with our group. Ended the day with a beautiful sunset before the drive back. A definite must do experience!

Perfect Italian Countryside Experience! - Amazing Experience! I have travelled the world and have taken many tours and this by far was one of the best. Such a lovely day, wonderful staff, beautiful farm, great wine tasting and the Chef was amazing!

Breathtaking- once in a lifetime opportunity! - My farm was a one of a kind experience. Truly breathtaking. Mateo, Naomi and all the others at Dalle Nostre Mani were so kind and had thought of everything to cater to a thoughtful tour of their lovely slice of Tuscany, ensuring the guests were well fed, hydrated, knew where the washroom was etc. Mateo is a wealth of knowledge and did a superb job of explaining the wine making process, as well as the history of wine in Italy. His American knowledge added another layer to the tour & it was great to hear his perspective! Truly a once in a lifetime experience. It has been by far my sister and I’s favorite thing we’ve done since coming to Florence.

Amazing experience - We had a fantastic time! Both the wine tour guide and the chef teaching the class were excellent! The wine and the food were great. It was a fun day all around, would definitely recommend.

Best day ever! - This was the most amazing experience! The farm is beautiful with breath taking views, the wine is fantastic and the pasta making was so awesome! Romana our host was the best, so fun and sweet! We had the best day ever!
