Wonderful palace! - Absolutey great! The little problem is to get the tickets from another place 30 minutes before your tour! The tour was wonderful! Amazing palace! Huge history and art!

Medici Family — Fabulous Palace and History of the Family - The history of the Medici family is very interesting…the place is very impressive. Viator is very organized and communicates throughout the time of signing up for events. As always, great event and great job with the Viator Team.

It was ok. - We bought these priority tickets from a certain time as we were told it was very hard to get tickets with the long lines. For us on the day this wasn’t true. I could have bought tickets easily and not had to wait till the time on our tickets as we were early. Once inside it was amazing but difficult to find where the top attractions were as some had moved. There wasn’t a physical map so we kept having to look at our phones. We had limited time. Was also extremely hard to find where we had to pick up our tickets from. It ended up some random guy who helped us take us to another random guy who produced the tickets. So alls well that ends well but we paid another 45% for the save the line priority tickets.

Pitti Palace - The most memorable parts of this experience that Viator provided were poor. The walk from our stay was about 10 mins and back to the Palace was 20 mins. I paid $31 for a ticket for Palace entry only and did not include the Boboli Gardens. I thought I was getting both Garden and Palace entry. The price at the Palace for admission is €16 and €10 for Boboli Gardens. Aside from the walking workout, what did I get for paying nearly double for only admission to the Palace? Do yourself a favor, and go to the Palace and buy your ticket, easier and much cheaper. Palace is stunning and worth going to.

Time to go to the next level of electronic ticketing - Usually, the departure point is close to the activity and the instructions are clear. Unfortunately, in this instance the pick up point is over a kilometre away from the event and one must go out of their way to get the tickets. I was only able to pick up the tickets at 10 AM and my scheduled time was for 10:30 AM making it difficult to be there on time. I suggest customer care send PDF files to the customers on the morning of the event as was done with my Medici Chapel tickets.

Probably a good tour - Was unable to take in this tour, as ship was late docking, and bus did not arrive in time. Instead, I was able to get different tour. Did not get to view the inside, but rather, was able to get many photos of various sites which were not included in my booked tour of Palazzo Pitti.

Palace is amazing! - This is not a guided tour! We arrived at the designated office on our arrival time of 10:30 to be told that we had to wait for her “colleague to come with the skip the line passes”. After waiting a few minutes she said let’s go. We walked with her a block, then waited another 10-15 min on the sidewalk for her return with the passes. Then we walked by ourselves across the Ponte Vecchio to the palace. We suggest you get to the palace early, buy your own tickets, rent the audio guide from the museum, and plan to spend at least half a day to fully enjoy. And don’t forget the gardens! Don’t buy food at their little cafe, prices are ridiculous and you will get cold coffee.

This was a rip-off as far as I can tell. - We paid 118 cdn$ for two priority tickets. We had to pick up the tickets 15 minutes before our entry time. We were given two regular tickets with a value of 48 Euros ($70 cdn) and had to join the regular line to enter. No priority as far as I can tell and $48 more expensive. I don't get it. What am I missing???
