Don’t bother with this “tour” - better to just buy the museum ticket! - This was a complete waste. The promised “guided tour” was a website with audio guide chapters. The website didn’t work well, frequently losing track of what you were trying to listen to. The chapter titles don’t correspond to the name or number of museum rooms, so we quickly got lost. We discovered that the printed descriptions in each room provided a better description than trying to figure out which audio to listen to. So don’t bother buying this tour - just buy the museum ticket at 12.50 euros.

Avoid if you want to pay the actual price - Booked through Viator / Tourify tours and paid more than twice the price. Beware. I tried to complain but my request was rejected. Explanation is that they have some fees and audio guide was included (it was the one in the phone. Not on tablet). My mistake but better to share.

Beware! Avoid Viator and this tour operator - I paid 115 euros for 4 skip the line tickets to visit the Palazzo Vecchio in Firenze. The price written on each ticket was 12.5 euros. More than double, unacceptable. Avoid!
