- Borgo la Croce, 71 - Meet in the heart of Florence and start your adventure with the chef at Sant’Ambrogio food market (included in the 9 am shift). Browse the stalls for the best local ingredients for your cooking lesson.
After gathering your ingredients, head back to the kitchen to begin cooking. Start with the sauces, ragù and traditional tomato, perfect for homemade pasta. While the sauces cook, knead the pasta dough. The chef will guide you in making the perfect dough with eggs and flour. Once the dough is ready and resting, move on to dessert.
Learn to make tiramisù, the iconic Italian dessert. Follow the chef’s steps to create the smoothest mascarpone cream. As the tiramisù cools, enjoy a break with Tuscan appetizers and a story about Italy’s culinary tradition.
Next, the chef will teach you to make two types of homemade pasta: tagliatelle and ravioli. Tagliatelle are thick noodles, and ravioli are stuffed with ricotta cheese. Follow the chef’s guidance to make your pasta dream come true. Once the pasta is seasoned, it’s time to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared.
Take a seat and savor the delicious meal you’ve cooked together.
