- Lungarno Guicciardini, 17r - We will make 3 shape of fresh pasta: fettuccine, ravioli and tortelli. At the end of the making class we will eat the same, cooked directly from a professional chef.\nEach participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family.\n\nWe have also a dessert for you and a booklet that will accompain your pasta future

Learn how to make homemade fresh pasta easily and successfully. If you have flour and eggs you can make pasta and we will teach you the secrets. We will teach you to make RAVIOLI, TORTELLINI and TAGLIATELLE in a location in the centre of Florence. We will cook all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces (tomato sauce and butter and sage) and we will then taste all together the pasta. We will give you organic Tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar called “Dalle Nostre Mani”. Every participant will receive English instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully, by email at the end of the experience.
