Much more than we expected - The weather was just perfect and we loved the tour, excellent value for the money. The wine tasting was a nice surprise, with a good snack and wonderful views. Our guide, Giuliano, was the best we could have had. We were perfectly informed about the times, learned a lot and had fun. Thank you Giuliano, Aurora and Francesco for a wonderful day.

Must do Tuscany experience. - The entire experience was amazing and we learned so much about Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena. Our guide was informative and engaging. When the rain started to get serious our little group of 4 found a quaint spot in an alley to drink wine and eat snacks. The lunch restaurant and wine tasting was great. What a wonderful day in beautiful settings.

Very good experience. Recommended - We went on the tour with Barbara and it couldn't be better. Always very attentive especially with families. The tour has been very good and the ease it has given us to tour 3 cities in one day. The wonderful landscapes always in Tuscany and the tasting has positively surprised us.

Tuscan adventure - Our guide, Barbara made our day. She kindly but firmly shepherded our group, leading and informing us of the history of the areas visited while insisting on punctuality from all as we moved from place to place. Lunch at a vineyard with tasting was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this area. Keep in Mind it is a strenuous day. More than 12 hrs with 20,000 steps completed. The weather closed for us in the afternoon (October) so jackets and umbrella are advisable. Thanks also to our excellent bus driver, Lorano, who bought us safely back to Florence, after there was an accident on the high way. The detour involved steep and at times single lane roadways. We appreciated both his and Barbara’s professionalism.

Tuscany adventure - We had a fantastic day exploring the Tuscany region. It was very busy but there was a good amount of time in Pisa, Sienna and San Gimignano. Barbara (our guide) was the best!!! She explained everything really well and was easy to understand. The walking tour in Sienna wasn't worth it - too rushed and hard to understand the guide who took that part.

Covered a lot of sights, but would not do it again. - We saw many sights in one day. That is the only good thing about this tour. We did not enjoy the big 2 level crowded bus experience. We spent a lot of time quickly walking to/from the bus parking lots to the sights - and back again. The wine tasting was a complete let down. They were unprepared when we arrived and it was more of a quick snack a bland pasta in a large noisy room. We wish we had skipped it and gotten lunch on our own.

Beautiful places, HORRIBLE agency - I took the Spanish travel option and the guide first made the description of everything in English completely and then in Spanish in a simplified way and out of time for what we were seeing. The meeting and departure point was supposed to be Central Station but they made us walk 7 minutes to a place to get on the bus and on the return they did the same with the aggravating factor that was already at night and left us walking alone. We were not given time for anything, the guide had us running all the time besides leaving us alone in all the cities not knowing what to do or which places to visit (all that with exaggeratedly short time) The supposed lunch was not even an appetizer and the person from the winery we visited always communicated in English. Council: Visit the places that are beautiful but NOT with this agency

Terrible experience - Terrible organization. We left 2 hours late and waited in the cold for a bus that was stuck in traffic due to the marathon. This is an event even I knew about as a tourist. Can’t imagine how they did not and had the bus depart early in anticipation. Other buses did this. We saw them come and go while waiting for ours The situation was handled poorly. The guide had a poor attitude and management didn’t help her handle the angry customers. At one point they told us we may cancel the excursion but they weren’t sure we’d get a refund. After people were outraged, they told us we would go but that we’d skip Pisa . Only after everyone protested for 30 minutes did they decide we would stop at Pisa. It’s the main attraction why would you cut it out? We needed up departing 2.5 hours after the scheduled time. We missed our tower climb time slot so all we could do at Pisa was take a picture with the tower. We tried to make the best out of the situation but definitely not worth the price or the headache. I recommend you book with a different agency that takes their job seriously, is organized and has decent customer service
