Brilliant tour guide and bus driver. - Having a guided tour and pre-booked tours gave us the opportunity to plan ahead our holiday and the things we wanted to do in a quiet limited time.

Pisa and Lucca Day Trip from Florence - This was a wonderful tour. Serena and Roberto were absolutely fantastic guides!! They are very knowledgeable and provided great history and also added humor to their talks. Much was seen and learned. We did not feel hurried. The climb to the top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa was awesome! Thank you Serena and Roberto!!!! And thank you, Maria, for a wonderful tour of Lucca!!

Excellent tour - Excellent tour overall, the tour guide Gabriel was very informative, friendly and helpful, make sure you do the Basilica tour and climb the leaning tower in Pisa, the guided tour in Lucca lasted about 1hr and was just enough time to see the main sights, a long day but a great experience.

Lisa and Lucca Excursion - Great trip in bus to both spots! Great local guides and places to explore! A bit fast for older folks line my mother 68 but in good health! Pisa was a great experience but would like more time to have lunch in Pisa. We had 1:40 min to use the restroom, walk to the locker, climb Pisa, tour the area, take some pics, and grab lunch! Whereas Lucca was a bit more walking but able to grab a pasta 🍝 and a coke in front of the piazza.

Well organised, delivery by local tour guides was a bit rushed unlike others we've had in Florence - Packed a lot in during both visits through the day, Roberto was very organised and informative which made for a smooth visit. It was very hot so the Lucca visit didn't seem to have everyone's attention which wasn't the best mix when the individual tour guide for Lucca (Anna) delivered a stream of reasonably interesting facts in a very matter of fact way - could have been more engaging tbh but we felt sorry for her as the group were clearly tired. Nice coach with indispensable aircon! Pisa was nice but really just confined to the square with Tower and Baptistry - top tip you only have 30 mins to grab something to eat before departing to Lucca if you chose to go up the tower so bring a packed lunch as we did

Good day away from the city. - Aldo and Roberto provided a safe and informative ride to and from our destinations. Roberto kept us organized and on time. Anna provided a good tour of Pisa. Without it, I’m not sure what we would have done beyond photos of the tower. Her tour was informative and she kept us engaged. Lucca was a beautiful town with more to offer when it comes to walking through town with shops, cafes, etc…. This tour was a little dry. Still enjoyed the trip overall.

Good day tour! - Trip to Pisa was great, just enough time to see everything. Very beautiful to see the leaning tower and the cathedral, which was very beautiful. Luca could be better as far as tour itself. Luca is a cute town, but people really just wanted to shop and enjoy not the listen to the boring tour.
