- Please note that the Cathedral of Pisa is now free and in most crowded days it can become impossible to visit its interior due to long queues. In such cases, we will offer a tour of Piazza Cavalieri instead
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

- Kids under 8 years old are not allowed to climb the Leaning Tower and must be accompanied by an adult

Practically perfect - This was practically perfect. The drive from Florence was only a bit over an hour. The tour guide on the bus gave information in 3 languages and then our local Pisa guide used 2 for our small group of Anglophones and Francophones. We had enough time is Pisa to admire the beautiful buildings, walk around a bit, and have a nice lunch without feeling rushed but also we weren’t waiting around. As I said, just about perfect for what we wanted.

Pisa tour from Florence - Well planned out efficient trip to pisa to climb the tour and back to Florence; keeps you moving during your time there perhaps an extra half hour in the future!

Great half day trip! - Excellent half day tour on a limited schedule. Guide and bus driver professional and maintained schedule. Tour guide Fred was AMAZING! Knowledgeable and provided insight on route. Local tour guide Sara was AMAZING as well. Great history and a bit of comedy to make it enjoyable. Amazing experience and views!

Excellent tour of Florence - The tour takes place with CIAO FLORENCE.
Departs from Florence, on time, at the meeting point, look for fuchsia vests for identification. The Emma guide explains everything, dominates the subject, she is from the Tuscan region. Very friendly and helpful. When you arrive at Miracoli Square, change to a guide also in Spanish, which is also very good, they do not climb the tower, you do that alone. Be punctual at the meeting point. Good weather handling,. You arrive in Florence at about 14 hours or less.

Imperfect but nice - The tour & the guides were wonderful! The check in process could use a lot of work. There were several tours checking in around the same time with 1 person responsible for sorting it with colored stickers. A second person arrived to help once some of the crowd was gone but there was still a lot of confusion. This resulted in me getting the wrong sticker. Fortunately the guides sorted it, while in transit.
