Excellent activity in Florence! - We purchased this tour and given the line which literally took the entire front street, we found our guide and the wait was 15 minutes, very reasonable. Our guide was very knowledgeable once inside, and provided ample informative commentary to satisfy our curiosity. She gave us time for photography which was important to me. We stayed about 3.5 hours. Overall, worth it.

Flawless - It was an easy entrance despite hordes of tourists. There was a mini panic moment to find gentleman holding the entrance ticket but once we did, we walked right in amidst the crowd.

THE DAVID ! - We had to wait a little bit while other groups went in front of us, but it was nothing like the line that was waiting outside to come in so it was definitely worth the money and we got our own experience. He did not listen to a tour guide go on and on. In and out within an hour amount of time for that museum and really had a good experience

Excellent museum. David is a must see - The David statue is an amazing piece of work that is a must see. The meeting place needs clearer instructions and details. Nowhere did it say to meet someone who will issue you your ticket. We walked around in circles before asking a museum attendant who then told us we had to meet a gentleman. I think a sign or flag to indicate would be less stressful.

A nice way to get in quick - The “skip the line” tickets worked very well and was worth it—the line for general admission was massive to get into the gallery. You meet outside of the provided address, where someone will give you a ticket, walk you (and the others who purchased the tickets) across the street, and you go in at your entry time. The museum is great, especially if you are a lover of Trecento religious art. The Statue of David alone is worth the visit.

Worth it. - While quite cahotic to figure out, skip the line option was quite useful for the Accademia. The contact - once we found him- was efficient and got us through a very confusing ´system’ to enter the museum, which is a must see in Firenze.

Mislead and gauged. - Gallerie Accademia is an unmissable experience in Firenze. No question. I am disappointed with Viator as a vehicle to buy, because although it was advertised as "skip the line", apparently there is no such thing. We stood in line, outside in the rain, just like everyone else. The description by Viator was misleading. Although we bought close to the time of travel, the price was jacked up to an unconscionable level. Happy with Accademia. Not with Viator.

Do not book. - HORRIBLE!! When we showed up early to our meeting point, a representative rudely told us that our booking had been cancelled although no one had let us know beforehand. He was unable to provide any other information, was very dismissive when asking who to contact, and was overall a horrible experience. It has been two days since our original booking and I have still been unsuccessful when trying to communicate with customer support and have yet to received refunds for two different bookings.

organized chaos - able to see David , But not via Viator skip the line ! , we waited in line (as directed by your rep } then people who had not booked , were allowed in front of our line , utter chaos , certainly not worth 89 pounds , will chance standing in the line with no tickets next time .

Guide unable to get us inside Acafemia - The guide was not able to get us inside the Academia because of the sheer number of people in line. He instructed us to ask for our money back instead. Do not recommend this vendor.
