Amazing tour of Pisa and Florence with NCC Ferdani La Spezia! - I highly recommend NCC Ferdani La Spezia for tours. Our ship arrived in port several hours late, and Fabio Ferdani was so helpful in moving our tour to a later time. When we met our driver, Fabrizio, we found him to be very friendly and informative. He helped guide us to the best sites to see in Pisa and Florence. Fabio and Fabrizio combined to make our delayed tour amazing!

Best of florance and pisa - Our driver was a great man , Alberto took us every we ask him for , and he managed the time perfectly, and i have the best chat with him about the Italian food , he told me some nice recipes and show us beautiful sights of pisa and florance… I recommend him and the tourist company for sure 🙏🏻🤍

Delightful rxperience - Paulo was a wonderful driver. Although he only spoke a little English, he worked hard to tell us about his knowledge about the area. His driving was very safe. He was on time at every pick up and dropped us in very convenient locations. He also had a map and waters for us. The van was extremely comfortable. So much better than a 10 hour cruise ship tour where they talk your ear off the entire time!

Great transportation to and from the port - Great driver. Comfortable clean car. On time. Dependable. It isn’t really a tour but we understood that. Knows the back roads in case there’s a traffic jam like there was on our way back to the shop

Happy in Florence & Pisa - We throughly enjoyed the luxury of the vehicle and the knowledge that Alberto shared with us. He was a gentleman in every way. My sister really enjoyed walking up the Doumo bell tower, however, we weren’t able to enter the Doumo as tickets were sold out but this is no reflection on this company. We Will remember this trip & think of Alberto when we talk about it. He took us to Florence first which worked out best as most cruise ship tours were going to Pisa first. Pisa as less crowded when we arrived. Alberto provided us with a map for the most important sites to visit.

100% hassle-free transport with wonderful Fabio - Fabio and his entire team were fantastic - we have used many drivers in many places around the world, and you are in great hands with Fabio!!! We were in La Spezia and Cinque Terre region for a complicated 3 week stay with a large group of 8 including two grandparents with significant mobility issues and one child with autism. We used Fabio for multiple things throughout our complex itinerary — from 2 separate airport transfers for halves of our group from Florence Airport to the VRBO villa we rented in Spezia; to a private day trip to Florence for a subset of our group; to a double van grand exit for all 8 of us super early in the morning on the final day, and several more over the course of 3 weeks. He even recommended that for one of our day trips we could confidently drive and park the car we rented rather than spend for another private transfer. Fabio was easy to communicate with in English, always available and responsive via WhatsApp , and flexible about taking either cash or credit card via simple texted link to a Venmo-like portal. Highly recommended!

This NOT A TOUR - This is NOT A TOUR it’s a private transportation. The car and the drivers were good, but this is not a Tour I repeat.

THIS IS A TAXI SERVICE, NOT A TOUR. - Save your money and take any other tour. The driver was not where we told he would be after exiting our ship. This was our day that we thought would have the most history of our trip so I was willing to pay for it for our family of six. We paid almost $1,400 to be driven to Florence and given a map of the attractions and told to meet back in a few hours. The only thing he pointed out as we left town was a train station. The same attention was given in Pisa. I believe they could do better for the price you are paying. We booked an English speaking driver, and his was very minimal which is why he was unable to point anything out. I’m only given 2 stars because Fabio the manager did get the driver to the right location when I contacted him
