Amazing time - fun and informative tour, great class with fun instructors, and a stunning view - Back in October we took a cooking tour and class with Isak (with assistance from Carmella) and it was great. It exceeded all expectations. The walking tour of the market was very informative and fun. Isak did a good job of keeping everyone engaged and during the class you were able to participate as much or as little as you wanted. The food was delicious and the kitchen was great - as was the view. It was a fun and enjoyable day from beginning to end. We could not recommend it enough.

Fun evening with Omar - Fantastic walking eating and drinking tour with Omar. He is extremely knowledgeable about food, cheese, wine and took our group of four to some really cool local and off the beat places and ended up at a great steakhouse where we watched the chef butcher, prep and cook a huge slab of steak which was delicious. Highly recommend.

The best cooking class! - The best evening in the heart of Tuscany. The pizza & gelato class was so much fun and we walked away with great knowledge of Italian cooking. The view from the farmhouse was beautiful of the countryside. Max gave us all of the instruction for the best gelato, making the class fun and informative. Luigi and Luca made the evening with their fun and laughter while making pizza. The best part, we walked away with full tummies, happy hearts, and recipes to use years down the road. Thank you so much! Luca, we looove you!!

Fun & knowledge tour - This was a good food tour & our guide, Valentina, was knowledgeable & quite down to earth. I would definitely recommend. Valentina took you to nooks & crannies that you may not discover easily on your own. Just inform the guide if you have any allergies, are vegan or pescatarian (in my case).

Hugs All Around - We had the best experience with Carmela and Isak. The tour through the market gave us a ton of information about Florence that we share with others when we cook our Italian meal. We've recreated the dishes we were taught at least three times since we've been back. Not only did we take away some cooking tips, we also met some great people that we spent some time with outside the class.

Most fun of our entire trip to Italy - This food tour and cooking lesson was so much fun because our guides/teachers, Isak and Carmella, kept it light (and possibly the wine helped). I went with my husband and son, neither of whom cook, and we all had a great time and actually learned how to make pasta. Every part of this our was fantastic and we left fat and happy. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone regardless of cooking skill level.
