Lucca and Pisa day tour - Our guide, Christian, was helpful, knowledgeable and flexible. He asked what was important for us to see and then set a great agenda with just enough time in Pisa and more time in Lucca which was fantastic! See the tower, but spend more time and eat in Lucca!

Pisa and Lucca with Cristian - Cristian was our guide and driver. He was very informative, providing us wonderful suggestions on sights and food. He ensured we had a great time. While we walked around Lucca, he arranged a wonderful lunch on the coast. This tour was fantastic and made better with Cristian's help.

Lucca was the best part of our trip and our driver was a wealth of information. - This was the best part of our entire trip to Italy. The time in Pisa was just right to see what we wanted to see and then depart. Lucca was the star. I would definitely go back there and stay longer. We had a wonderful time there. Our driver, Alejandro, was excellent. Our kids loved the experience.

Elvis Lucca and pisa - Elvis was wonderful, witty and skilled as our driver for Lucca and Pisa. He always made sure we knew where to go and where to meet up after each tour. He even helped us find our tour guide from another company ( we didn't realize).
I would definitely try to book with him again if ever I get back to Florence. I'm not 90 so who knows?

Full day tour with Family History - On Monday September 23rd, we were fortunate enough to have Elvis as our driver to Lucca and Pisa. My husband’s grandfather was born in small village outside of Lucca and was curious if we could find anything about him there. Elvis took us to the Municipal at BOTH Chiesini and and older part of Chiesini. We couldn’t have asked for better driver / partner to investigate this. With his help and guidance we not only found his grandfather but Elvis was able to communicate with the municipal people to find his birth records and hus address. Your company is very lucky to have such a brilliant, young, vibrant gentlemen with such great customer service skills. To rate him only a 10 would be doing him a disservice. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate for our needs. My husband was thrilled to tears! What a perfect day he gave us on our first trip to Italy!!! I would recommend that everyone ask for Elvis for an awesome experience wherever you want to go. A trip to remember. Thank you Elvis. !! ❤️

Misleading title. NOT a private tour. - The title of this is misleading. It reads like this is a private tour of Pisa and Lucca, as in we will be given a TOUR of Pisa and Lucca. In reality this is a private driver and you are then on your own in Pisa and Lucca. Our driver was wonderful, but I would NEVER have paid this price for just a driver. It was incredibly disappointing to get to Pisa only to find out we were on our own. We ended up having a great time, but I won't be booking a tour like this with Viator again. If you want to be on your own, save your money and book a group tour and then just do your own thing.

Waste of money - The person who was on the bus with us, a lady called Marina, was really disappointing. She seemed to be bored to death and really eager to see the end of the tour.
On the bus, she made only the minimum effort to fulfill her duty. As we were driving along mountains and beautiful landscape, she didn’t care to make any comments on what we were seeing or explain anything. The least lively person I’ve ever seen in this kind of activity.
She answered the questions in a very brief way, and immediately turned her back on us to do something else, as if we were annoying her.
Anyway, the tour itself was a waste of money. We chose the low cost tour, but we could not expect everything would be so frustrating. We should have taken the train instead, at least we would have saved the money. We couldn’t even taken part in the buccellato tasting, because we had chosen the low cost tour. In other words, we just paid for the transportation and didn’t have the right to anything.
Worst experience ever and a huge waste of money.
