Our Favorite Florence Experience - Our tour guide was so wonderfully passionate about art history in Florence. We learned so much and were able to appreciate the smaller details in the architecture of Florence after our tour (which we didn’t notice before). Once we got to David, she really took her time to walk us through Michaelango’s life as an artist and walked us around the entirety of the statue, describing every detail. It was one of our favorite parts of our trip to Florence. We learned so much more than we would’ve if we had just gone to see David on our own. I recommend bringing comfortable shoes, water, and perhaps a hat or an umbrella if you’re doing this since it’s all walking. It was extremely hot when we did it in August, but very worth it. Couldn’t recommend this more!

Oxsana truly brings the experience alive! - Truly a wonderful experience and Oxsana was an amazing guide and very knowledgable. She was also more than helpful with helping my father get a wheelchair as well he had a leg injury. It was a wonderful memory! Thanks Oxsana!

Incredible once in a lifetime experience! - Incredible tour experience! Our guide, Raphael was incredibly knowledgable and made our experience one for a lifetime. His wealth of knowledge, timing, and depth and breadth of the Gallerie were just amazing. We appreciated the end of the tour when we were practically the only ones in the museum. We would highly recommend.

Incredible guide, perfect day - Our guide, Oksana, was absolutely brilliant!! Knowledgeable and engaging, she made our visit to see David exceptional. Oksana began giving us the history of David while we waited on the entrance line. As we entered the museum she gave us a detailed talk on the building, the paintings and when we entered the room and saw David, the discussion of the magnificent statue was detailed and she took us around each angle of the sculpture and relayed so many details and information. Had we not had this tour we would not have had such an informed and magical day. Highly, highly recommend. Worth every penny!!

Buyers BEWARE- A lot of money without promised transportation - Viator told us we would have transportation to this tour and it was not provided.
There were 3 handicapped participants and were not able to get to the museum because the tour did not send a van.
We had to drive our rented van to the venue it took almost 2hrs and the tour guide did not give the full time at the museum .
Horrible don’t book with Viator they misinformed us.
Also they have no regard for people with disabilities and when we asked to speak with a supervisor they told us no one was available on several different occasions
I paid $700 for a private tour with transportation and had to drive my own car and did not get the full tour. I was so stressed I did my enjoy any aspect of this tour at all.
Viator has a great way of maki g you look like the one who caused the issue.
