Totally worth it! - This was absolutely worth it! You meet at the tour company store near the Duomo and they will provide headsets. You walk over to the cathedral and you skip the line inside. They did a tour of the Crypts and then we got to walk behind the ropes to see under the dome perfectly!! That alone was worth it, we go to go where the regular public cant go! Amazing!!! Our guide led us to the terrace for some amazing views then she turned lose to climb to the very top. Breath taking views of the city!! After you come down your ticket is valid for use in the belltower, re-entry into the Cathedral, and the museum. We did the museum after it was nice! Overall i highly recommend this tour and our guide was so lovely!!!

The best events in Florence - It was a wonderful tour that I will remember for a lifetime. I also learned how difficult the process of building the Duomo was. We were a small group of 6 people. The guide was very experienced. His pronunciation was easy to follow. He taught me in an easy-to-understand and fun way without using difficult words. I think even Japanese people would be able to follow along.

Great Experience - This was very convenient and enjoyable with no lines and a limited group size. We had a great tour guide that made the experience even better. The view from the terrace is gorgeous as well being at the base of the dome. Didn’t quite have the stamina to climb to the coupala. Would do it again!

Very knowledgeable guide. - 3 of my family did the full tour including the climb up to the dome itself. I don’t think I missed very much except the panoramic view.

The guide was in a rush to finish because she had another group of tourist waiting. - Beautiful Florence !!! The City of the Art !! But next time we go we will go on our own pace and get the headphones to learn about this beautiful Cathedral. The visit to the Dome never happened, I don't know if it was close or if it was to late.

Lost reservation and gave us wrong tickets to make up for mistake - First, they lost our reservation. They acknowledged it was their mistake and tried to make up for it by giving us a full refund (I have not received it yet, but hopefully soon?) and new tickets so we'd be able to visit, although without a guide. But it turns out the tickets they gave us were NOT for the Duomo... the new tickets included everything else, except the one thing we actually bought the entire thing for... So we had to go elsewhere and buy another set of tickets and tour. The lady at the office tried to help, but clearly it wasn't enough. By the time we were told (at the entrance of the cathedral) we had the wrong tickets, the Caf Tour office had closed. Terrible service.
