This path, tracing the ancient Roman road Cassia Vetus, is known not just for numerous exhilarating turns, but also for its centuries-old parish churches, timeless villages and captivating Arno Valley landscapes. Our journey will include a visit to the Parish Church of Pian di Scò, a historic place that I am well-acquainted with. We’ll take a detour to Loro Ciuffenna for a leisurely stroll through its lanes and a wine tasting session (optional and not included in the cost). We will traverse the Le Balze Natural Area, where I will share with you the fascinating tale behind its formation and its links to Leonardo da Vinci, along a lesser-known path until reaching an undiscovered area in the Chianti region.
