- Bring a Passport or valid ID card for VISITORS UNDER 18 yrs with date of birth (digital or photocopy shall suffice)
- Exchange your voucher for the ticket at The Florence Specialist office in via Ricasoli 119r (RED Numbers), 50 meters from the Museum. You will be assisted by our staff members.
- NOTE: For the Accademia children aged 0-5 years do not require a ticket. Please bring a copy of your child’s passport / ID card.
- Visitors under 18 years old without valid ID will need to purchase an adult ticket
- Tickets are valid for the reseved entry time selected upon booking and priority entrance expires 45 minutes from reserved time.

Great fast way in - Not standing in the 2 hr line. Last time in Florence we passed on this museum because of the wait time. Worth the additional money

Best way to get a ticket - easy directions to follow on how to get the tickets, no lines and person spoke English. It was an easy way to get tickets, would do again. Color coded lines were easy to follow

Worth spending a little extra money for skip the line - Easy to visit the office to get my ticket and get the guide downloaded into my phone with the QR code.

Quick, easy, self led tour - Worth it to skip the line. at check in they let you connect to the WiFi and download the guide. Takes you room by room with info. Move at your own pace and skip things you have little interest about.

Easiest way to get tickets - Friendly staff to check you in and they have clear instructions. The museum also had audio you could rent and we downloaded the e book

The David is worth it - Seeing the David was pretty incredible in real life. Pictures don’t really do it justice. The rest of the museum was cool but packed to the gills. Be prepared to be squished at most times.

Amazing works. Not a skip the line. - Way too busy. Priority still waited outside in line for a long while. There is no flow in the museum, made it hard to get around. Lots of families in there with kids running all over and wrestling in front of the statue of David. Glad we did it, all of it.

False advertising - This is not skip the line. I waited in a line for an hour with a general admission ticket. And when I asked for a refund, they rejected my request. False advertising.
