Insightful Tour - Great to have the skip the line access and our tour guide, Laura, provided insightful background on Michelangelo and his works of art.

Breathtaking - This tour was shorter than I would have liked it to be. It was more than enough time to see most of the museum paintings, and we were able to remain in the museum for as long as we liked. I could have stayed in there for a week! If nothing else, to see The David in person is one of the most humbling experiences of my life. And as a hobby artist, I have studied the masters on my own. Until this tour I thought I knew artistry - to see these paintings that survived hundreds of years shows me I know nothing. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

Amazing time, highly recommend - The guide Maria Christina was incredibly informative and answered all my questions. We did not wait in any lines, we saw multiple pieces and got incredible explanations for everything inside the gallery.

Loved every minute - The guide was friendly, very knowledgeable and gave a great overview of the museum and the artists. Would definitely book this tour again.

Excellent option to see and understand the David - Very well planned tour. Our guide was great, very insightful and engaging.. The entire family including the teens enjoyed it quite a bit.

Worth it! - Think this was definitely worth the price. You get to skip the crazy lines, especially if you’re trying to go last minute and the official tickets are sold out. Also, our guide provided some very interesting insights into some of the pieces and made the experience more enjoyable and informative!

Crowded but good - Meeting point a little confusing but it worked out. Need a guide to enjoy the museum thoroughly. An hour was plenty. Left after Daviid. Very crowded.

Started late - Tour was scheduled for 10am, but when we arrived we were told they were only able to get tickets to get in at 10:45am.

Chaos and disappointing - Booked the tour to the Accademia Gallery on Viator for 1pm 18 Jul 24 and followed all instructions as outlined on the confirmation email. We downloaded the ticket onto our phone as instructed and followed the directions to meet the tour guide at the front of 58 Via Ricasoli. When we arrived at 1230pm - the crowds of people was complete chaos and no clear direction of where to Que. We showed an operator our ticket and he funnelled us into a Que and said to us to wait there. It wasn’t until we got to the front of the Accademia line that we were told we were in the wrong Que and had to find ‘Towns of Italy’ tour guide to get in. We eventually found the tour guide who was in another Que @ 13:10 but she refused to allow us to join the tour as we had to then get ‘another’ paper ticket to allow us entry……. Even though we had the downloaded tickets as instructed and directed by the email confirmation ‘get your ticket’. The disorganisation, the incoherent instructions for the meeting point, the attitude by the operator to not want to help and simply shrug off that it wasn’t her problem and to email the tour operator was very disappointing. I get it that the ques are busy and chaotic - but at no time did the tour operator call / contact / text us to see if we were coming. Coincidentally I had booked another ticket later that afternoon and they did call me to see where I was !!!!!!!! The whole system is disorganised and no human interface to assist with the situation was most disappointing. Take care and be prepared for the disarray, disorder, disorganisation, confusion, mayhem and lack of ability to honor reservation
