This is a must-do in Florence. - This is a must-do in Florence. We had a small group walking tour with lots of fun facts. the audio headset made it really easy to hear. This tour hit all the spots. And it finished with a skip-the-line at the Art Museum so we could see the Statue of David. It was the perfect day.

We did a private tour and... - We did a private tour and our guide Jenna was fabulous. She is very knowledgeable about everything in Florence. We had 2 people with mobility issues and she let us take the tour at our own pace making sure we saw everything we wanted.

Well worth it! - Francesco was very good. Very calm walk though some of Florence’s must see’s. Nothing he doesn’t know about the city. Highly recommended to get your bearings, particularly at the start of the trip. The skip the line option which comes with the guide is worth the money as queues still large even out of season.

Must Try! - Amazing! We picked this tour to have a smaller group as we were coming from a cruise. Turns out my family were the only ones in the tour. Francie was so knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be visiting Florence again.

Florence is magnificent - We thought Jessica was very knowledgeable and patient, and we enjoyed our tour. We loved learning all about the history of Florence, the main events, the artists, and David (!) There was a lot of walking through Florence and the main areas, including by the river. Florence is a beautiful city with a lot to explore!

Not worth it! - I love Viator tours. I have done at least 15 in the last year. This was by far the worst. First the description was poor. Essentially we walked around Florence for 2 hours- no stops- no entry into anything. Finally got to see the Statue of David and was in the museum 20 mins. The tour operator didn’t read the crowd very well. Just talked endlessly without eye contact or asking what people might want to see or know. The only lucky accident was it poured for 30 mins and we asked to go into the Duamo which we all thought was part of the tour. It was lovely and helped give some cover during the shower. This tour was way over priced for the value. We could have walked around in 30 mins on our own and paid $18 Euro to see David -vs over $100 Euro each. I would not recommend this tour.

This was a Road Runner tour. - Our tour guide had no sense of what it’s like for a family with kids to move through crowded areas. She walked and talked, not paying any attention behind her, speedwalking through the tour. We walked about 5 miles straight with brief stops that were too short to learn anything or rest. Also, tell her to get a flag so people can see her when she leaves them behind.
