Good way to kick off our Florence trip - I didn’t quite know what to expect, so went in with low expectations, but Gabriella was great, and it was interesting to hear some of the back stories around the Florentine landmarks

Must do! Great stories and helpful for seeing a lot quickly - Chiara was so easy to understand and made the stories come to life. She pointed out the politics of Medieval Italy and helped us to see how art reflected social status and a family’s power. She also gave so much cool information about the history of the duomo cupola’s construction and the beautiful doors on the baptistry. We only have a couple of days in Florence and her tour helped us prioritize what we want to see and have us a good idea of where everything is.
She even stayed after for a couple of minutes when the tour concluded to answer a specific question about where to buy a high quality purse in Florence. She was so friendly and helpful! I feel like I have a friend in Florence after spending 2 hours in her company.

Very Clean and Complete Apartment - Great space, can hold upto 3-4 people. Super tidy, all amenities available to spend an easy 2-3 nights.
Pros:
1. Amenities (TV, Air condition, complete kitchen)
2. Unique apartment (good for families and friends)
3. Location (5 mins train from main station, max 10 mins door to central)
4. Very kind host, easy check-in.
Cons:
1. Late night connectivity (less frequent local transport)
2. Late check-in fees was a bummer (25€ after 21:00)

Worth the time! - Had a great rime with Andrea who has a true passion for the city and what he does. Didn't like the fact that that you pay a fee at the website and then they tell you is a free tour and you have to pay at the end whatever extra you think is appropriate. I would rather pay a standard fee and not like this.

Superb Tour with a great , knowledgeable Guide Riccardo :-) - Riccardo was a brilliant guide..very Humorous and friendly and made the tour really enjoyable. He was so knowledgeable. He told us so much about the architecture and sculptures , some things you would never know or take notice of . I cant recommend this highly enough. Riccardo is definately not a "Bischero"(if You know,You know) and is full of knowledge and great facts 😀

Perfect first tour in Florence - Fantastic walking tour of Florence. Great way to orientate yourself on your first day in this beautiful city. Chiara was an excellent tour guide and so passionate about her native city of Florence.

A must do! - Ricardo was excellent. it was a very interesting tour. I learned so much. I was with my young nieces and he engaged them. I would do it again without a doubt. Excellent and I highly recommend!

Great tour with Chiara - Fantastic tour experience with Chiara! She's funny, thorough in her explanation, and always ensured that everyone was comfortable. Don't worry if you don't have cash to tip at the end of the tour, she's got a POS machine ready (which proved to be very helpful in today's cashless society).
