Active full day tour of Tuscany hills - We had a great time on our full day bike tour around the Tuscany hills with our guide Toto! We had a small group of 6 and we all had e-bikes which helped make the ride an easier on the hills. My husband and I are active bikers back home but aren’t used to hills and glad we opted to for the e-bike to turn on when needed it. You do bike on shared roads with cars but most of the time once you get out of the city the quieter roads our guide took us on had fewer cars. The views were spectacular and we loved hearing about the wine making process and history from our guide. His story telling was engaging and felt like we actually learned some interesting bits of history along the way. The food and wine at the winery for lunch was great! More food than we thought would be served. The trip back down the hills was enjoyable as Toto took us another way so we could see more of the hillside wineries and surrounding nature and important buildings. This tour was the highlight of our week long trip to Tuscany!

10/10 recommend! - This was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend! Jacapo, our guide was amazing! He spoke excellent English, gave insightful, meaningful points of the history of the area along the way. We stopped at La Pia winery. Martha, the owner, was a gem. The food and wine were delicious. It was the perfect amount of biking and touring. The bikes were high quality and easy to ride. A highlight of the trip.

MUST DO TOUR IN FLORENCE - What an AMAZING experience!! Perfect way to spend the day in Tuscany! Jacopo was so kind, knowledgeable & enjoyable!! Went on this tour with my boys (14 & 19 yrs old) & it was the best way to spend the day seeing the sites and being active! Had lunch at LaPia Percussina, which was heavenly! Marta & her son, Matteo were amazing hosts! This tour is an absolute MUST DO when in Florence!

A passion for food - As soon as we passed through the Florence Gate and started climbing the hill, the path rich with olive groves began. While cycling slowly, we were able to directly feel the Tuscan people's spirit towards food. We were able to spend a relaxing time in beautiful nature. It was perfect for a holiday that was different from sightseeing in the city.

Super day - A fantastic day with Jaco leading us through Florence’s laneways up to the splendid winery tour. A few steep climbs give one a sense of a workout deserving of the lunch. A tremendous day.

Guides who‘ll go above and beyond - My sister and I took the active 7.5 hours tour and about 90 minutes into it she started feeling low and it was clear we had to turn around. Our guide Giaccobo made sure she got back safe and arranged an alternative scenic route for me, now the only customer on the tour, including an impromptu aperitivo at a beautiful winery although they were hosting a wedding. It was ultimately last minute and Giaccobo went above and beyond to ensure the tour did not have to be cut short for me. Thank you!

Cancelled 5 minutes before tour starts - The trip was unfortunately canceled at the very last minute. We had gotten up early and prepared for a whole day of travel. When we arrived at the meeting place we were informed that the trip was cancelled due to too much rain in the last few days. We realize that one can not do much with the weather, but we think we got the message too late. Had we been told before we left the hotel, we could have tried to plan another activity.
