A professional Italian chef will guide you on a cultural exploration where you’ll discover the secrets and techniques to creating the most delicious pizza and gelato, right in their birthplace. Over the course of this 5-hour experience, set in a picturesque Tuscan estate with breathtaking views of the nearby hills, you’ll dive right in for a hands-on experience. Gain valuable insights and learn unique methods while enjoying a 3-course meal paired with wine and beer. The package includes pickup from a centrally-located starting point. You also have the option to select from two available departure times when making your booking.

One of my picky 8-year-old's very few favorite things in Florence - Gloria, Arla, and Tiziano took very good care of all the guests, which include seniors and children and everything in between, all of whom had never made pizza or gelato from scratch before. It was entertaining and delicious!

An unforgettable evening for us and our littles! - Such an amazing memory for us and for our kiddos (8 and 11). The views are stunning and Cris, Thomas, and Tiziano truly made our experience unforgettable with an added bit of humor. We had a fabulous time walking through the farm and making our pizzas and gelato with the freshest ingredients. Pomegranate gelato was to die for! Highly recommend and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable evening.

Unforgettable Cooking Fun in a Magical Setting - This class was a highlight of our educational, experiential trip with 24 high school students to Italy in December. Arla and Tiziano were our pizza chefs and Lavi, our gelato chef. They were all wonderful. The witty banter and silly humor of Arla and Tiziano who are brother and sister, had our students laughing and enjoying themselves so much, What a fantastic hands-on learning experience and a great break from museums and guided tours. The farm itself is really close to the center of Florence and yet feels a world away. It has spectacular views of the countryside and is magical. They are pro's at doing this and making the experience memorable for all. I would highly recommend this for all ages and interests as a special experience to enjoy on a trip to Florence. I would 100% return for another class if given the opportunity.

Pizza and Gelato you won’t ever forget! - We had such a fun time learning to make Pizza and Gelato! Lavinia, Arla and Tiziano made us feel like their Italian family! Not only did we learn a lot but we had the best time doing so! The estate is absolutely gorgeous and you get that authentic Tuscan feeling. The food was delicious and I would HIGHLY recommend this experience as it was the highlight of our whole trip! Huge thanks to Lavinia, Arla and Tiziano for showing us the best time !

Fantastic Pizza and Gelato class! - What an experience! The venue was beautiful, not to mention the city views at night. One of the couples we shared this excursion with is already planning to set up his own pizza oven is his back yard! Thanks to Max and crew, we thoroughly enjoyed the class, good food and drinks.

Wonderful experience! - We spent over 2 weeks in Italy and this was probably my favorite part of the trip. The day we went was beautiful, so the views at the farm were breathtaking. Cris, Arla and Tiziano were fabulous: Engaging, helpful, & truly excited to teach us how to make gelato and pizza. They had wine and soft drinks and a piece of freshly made pizza waiting for us when we arrived. The size of the group was perfect for getting personalized attention as we whipped up our gelato and made our pizza dough. I learned so much. Who knew you could make tasty pizza without allowing the dough to rise for hours? Cris had great suggetions for toppings on our gelato. Definitely worth the time and money for this experience!

Fun and Delicious 😋 - What a fun and Delicious experience! Just a short bus trip up the hill from the Arno river to an amazing farmhouse with a View! Chef Max was very charming and informative in the instruction to prepare so many scrumptious gelatos!!
And the pizza making led by Arla (Boss), and Tiziano (Bob) were so very entertaining 😄
Of course, the wine was flowing from the very start when we were greeted with ficcacia and Italian cookies! The pizzas were fun to make and watch cooking in the outdoor pizza oven! Definitely a must event for all who love pizza and gelato and want to bring the techniques back home to make for years to come! Grazie and Salute!

Best Experience in Florence - I would 10/10 recommend this experience!
I signed up for this cooking class alone but quickly made friends with the many couples and families that were attending as well. After a 10-minute drive past the Piazza del Michelangelo, we arrived at the vineyard and got to enjoy breathtaking views of the city and the mountains in the distance. We were free to explore the gardens before class began.
The class itself was so much fun. Lavinia, Arla, and Tiziano were all so welcoming, knowledgeable, and hilarious! They were a major reason why the experience was so enjoyable. The free wine and unlimited refills also helped. ;)
Everyone in the group made a different type of gelato, and we got to taste each flavor at the end, as well as create a personal pizza to enjoy! The vistas, the delicious food, and the amazing guides and groups all made this easily the best experience I had in Firenze, and one of the greatest memories of my life.

Fabulous !! A must in Florence !! - We attended the gelato & pizza making tour in early October. Our group was greeted at a convenient & easily located central point in Florence. Our initial tour guide was pleasant and very organized. We appreciated her promptness and clear instructions as to what to expect.
When we arrived at the farm which was a quick bus ride just out of the city center we were warmly greeted by the staff and they led us to the kitchen and main area where we would be making our gelato and pizza. The farm is absolutely beautiful and we were encouraged to roam the grounds and to try any of the fruit and produce that the gardens provided. It was amazing.
The staff of guys were fun(great senses of humor) and very informative.
We’ve made plenty of ice cream and pizza at home and to our surprise we learned so
Much more than we thought we could . We had many laughs during the cooking process and the pizza & gelato were fabulous. Our entire group had a great
Time and we had plenty of opportunities to socialize before we departed back on the bus for the city. Overall one of the best tours we have done in Italy and frankly Europe. It was well organized and we couldn’t have made a better decision to attend this tour. A memorable evening that added to our amazing time in Florence !
