Depart Florence on a bicycle and glide through breathtaking landscapes, passing by magnificent aristocratic villas, lush olive groves, and undulating vineyards. Pause at a splendid countryside location that also produces artisanal extra virgin olive oil, complemented by fresh Tuscan bread, delicious Tuscan cold cuts, and a glass of local Chianti Classico wine, before enjoying more stunning scenery on the return journey to Florence. All products are either self-produced or locally sourced. This tour offers the perfect opportunity to experience the enchanting beauty of green Tuscany just outside the city, while enjoying a harmonious blend of cycling, admiring picturesque views, and savoring the area’s culinary delights.
- If you bike regularly, this will be an easy/intermediate ride, depending on your level. There are 4 hills to climb on the tour, so please consider your fitness level or ask us in advance to upgrade to an E-bike if you are not looking for a workout (limited availability).
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
- We run the tour rain or shine. Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- All passenger heights and weights MUST be advised at time of booking

Very well done and fun! - We had a 3.5-4 hour tour and the team was so easy to communicate with and were adaptable for timing as were transferring to Florence from Livorno from our cruise. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (age 9-12) and they had helmets and bikes that could accomodate all (some with front storage baskets/pouches, all with water holders and they provided water bottles/water, all road bikes, some gear slippage but otherwise good condition) - our guide was excellent. The first 10 minutes were on city streets but the rest was all on protected bike paths making a wide circle around the city with a slow incline up to a gorgeous overlook. We had wine/snacks/lunch at a delicious local restaurant. Would highly recommend!

Unique experience - This was not a normal tour through a museum or historical sight. We rode through busy city streets up to secluded areas with stunning views. Lunch was a treat. The tour guide was very accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. 100% would recommend this. One piece of advice: if you’re not used to intense workouts or biking you might want to go for the E bike option.

Exceptional - Sasha is a great guide. - This was the highlight of our 2-week trip through Italy. Our guide, Sasha, was incredible and made the entire experience. The olive oil stop was a wonderful end to a great ride. I recommend We Like Tuscany to anyone and suggest you request Sasha.

Tuscany hills in the heat with Guiseppe - Our family of 5 did the half day Tuscany regular bike tour with Giuseppe. We are all over 18 and in decent shape. Some of the hills are no joke but we made it through! Giuseppe was both an informative guide and someone who made sure to look out for our safety as you will be biking some busy roads and narrow roads. The views above the city were incredible. Lunch and wine tasting was a welcome cool respite from the morning and quite tasty to boot.

Amazing experience! - We had a fabulous time with Claudio! There were 9 in our group, which really allowed us to interact well and stay together. The bike ride was well broken up, and Claudio shared many details and facts about Florence’s history which illuminated the tour. Lovely views! Claudio was an excellent guide, friendly, and helpful with our extraneous questions! :) The tasting at the end was excellent! If you are a relatively active person, the biking will be moderate at the most difficult. Loved it!

If you like bikes and beauty this trip is for you! - Alex was excellent! The bike route was better than expected. No traffic on the back trails.

E-bike excursion 🔝 - This excursion in the Florentine countryside was a fantastic experience. Loved it - Claudio was a fun and knowledgeable guide. The bikes were good quality and comfortable to ride. Lots of beautiful views outside of museums, churches and the like. The stop at the restaurant for snacks and drinks was a nice touch.
