Great Tuscan adventure - Alisio was a wonderful guide on this trip. He made sure everyone rode safely. He shared his passion for Tuscany and he explained many sights and customs. Our lunch was excellent! The scenery we saw of the Tuscan region was breathtaking! We can certainly recommend this tour.

Fantastic way to see the countryside! - A fabulous day exploring the Florence/Tuscan countryside! The day went seamlessly we got our bikes with our guide Alessio and he talked us through our plan for the day we headed straight up to the Michelangelo Piazza and from there we were in the country side in minutes, so many great photo opportunities, Alessio was great at sharing his knowledge of the area and wine tasting and lunch were in the most beautiful restaurant which we definitely want to visit again. A great tour would highly recommend!

Fun way to explore Italy - The tour was well-organized, with a knowledgeable guide (Dave was great!) who shared fascinating insights about the local history, culture, and the wine-making process. Dave was friendly and enthusiastic, making the ride enjoyable for everyone, regardless of cycling experience. The only thing that could be improved is the condition of the bikes.

Great way to see Florence and have a taste of the country - We had a wonderful bike up to the Piazzale Michelangelo with a small group of six. Alessio our tour guide was charming and knowledgeable about the harvesting process and production of Olive Oil and knew right where to take us for stunning views of the countryside. The tasting of local wine and olive oil was superb. We had a family style multi course meal which was fantastic. A great way to enjoy a day in Florence.

Great views, good food/wine, and a hilly and hot ride - Amazing scenery and absolutely beautiful sights. Very different than a guided tour by car: here you get back roads and paths where the only sound is cicadas. Our guide, Sebastian, was a great. It was an incredibly hot day, and there were a few issues with newcomers to e-bikes. But he was always positive and helpful. A few things to note: 1) there is actually a minimum height requirement, that isn’t mentioned, of about 5 ft 4 inch or so. Shorter and they may have trouble pairing you with a bike. 2) they say state of the art bikes, but it seems like the bikes could use fresh batteries, and fresh brake pads. The bikes worked decently, but some batteries were approaching empty at the end of the day, and there was some brake squealing. 3) a support minivan was noted in the listing. I’m not sure there is one; if there was, a situation in our group might have been resolved faster. 4) the difficulty is listed as “moderate.” Hard to say what that means though, but given the number of hills (net climb of maybe 800-900 ft), and the distance traveled (nearly 20 miles), it would probably be fair to call it “moderate+.” If your job - your daily routine - is primarily sedentary, then it could still approach “challenging” despite the e-bike. Nonetheless, the winery was nice with good items on offer, and lunch was a good simple Tuscan lunch. All in all a good day with some interesting memories tossed in.

E biking gets you out in the fresh air - This was our second e bike tour. We enjoy the experience even at 70 years old, the bikes get you around easily. Only issue on this tour was the use of roads some of which had reasonable levels of cars on so you had to be careful..... But was necessary to get to the lunch venue, which was very good

Just OK - We ended up only having three on this tour which made it more personable. Sebastian was a great tour guide. I had never ridden a e bike (I only mountain bike at home) it was easy to learn how. You do go through some busy streets with cars just be aware. The only reason for the 3 star is I wish we had a tour of the vineyards or something else. Most of the trip was just biking, not many stops along the way to enjoy the views. we stopped in one small village for about 40 minutes which was just ok, not much to do or see there. The wine and olive tastings were really good. For the price I only wish we had more wine, but understand some people have a low tolerance for alcohol and it would not be safe for riding the bike. The lunch was OK, but not exceptional and no wine. The penne pasta was stuck together and the sauce was just ok. For the price I would go on the walking tour with more wine tastings, stops, traditional lunch.
