Highly recommended - This is a cracking day trip that delivers what it promises on the packet. Its genius lies in its restraint: only two destinations with complete freedom to do as you please in each. The result is that the day is not overly long (9:00am-6:20pm) with three reasonable bus legs (75 mins, 50 mins & 75 mins). The guide and driver were genial and just the right amount of info was given (in three languages) prior to arrival to orient you to the destination and make good use of time. The bus was moderately sized and comfortable. Siena and San Gimignano are, of course, world-class places to visit. We wanted to minimise travel time, repeated on-the-bus-off-the-bus rigmarole and compulsory-fun wine tasting; this tour was consequently perfect for us.

A taste of Tuscany - This was a great way to see some of Tuscany without the hassle of renting a car or figuring out public transportation. The mini-bus was comfortable, and we had plenty of time in each place to walk around, shop, have lunch, and explore.

Wonderful day trip to Siena and San Giaminagno - Awesome day! Our tour guide was excellent, she was fun, helpful, showed us the meeting points and took us to the main square and made suggestions for activities. Can’t recommend highly enough especially if you like to wander on your own and explore at your own pace.

Good transportation to the towns - This was a nice way to get to San Gimignano and Siena from Florence. There's no tour guide, just all free time to explore. More than enough time to hit all the sites.

Great day trip - Great trip to be able to explore both places. Recommend having lunch in San Gimignano. We had lunch at the same place they do wine tasting. Recommend doing lunch on your own.
Sienna also nice to explore.
Only issue was organising the meeting point which took time to get to and wasted some extra time. We ended up always walking back to the original bus drop off which we then took an extra 10-15 mins to walk back to.
Other than that the day trip is worth it for those that like to explore.
