Good transportation to the towns - This was a nice way to get to San Gimignano and Siena from Florence. There's no tour guide, just all free time to explore. More than enough time to hit all the sites.

Great Way to See a Few Smaller Towns from Florence - My wife and I really enjoyed the trip and all the information provided by the guide on the bus and the self-directed information.
My only critique is that the excursion could probably be better if more time was allotted to Siena.

Discovery trip in Tuscany - Grazie thousand to our companion for her kindness her knowledge and kindness that allowed us to spend an excellent day and discover this beautiful region.

Have a nice day! - It was a successful day, we saw a lot and the tour guide made a lot of effort with us. In the small group we were the only Germans, yet she explained everything in German! We enjoyed the day. Thank you!

Great day trip - Great trip to be able to explore both places. Recommend having lunch in San Gimignano. We had lunch at the same place they do wine tasting. Recommend doing lunch on your own.
Sienna also nice to explore.
Only issue was organising the meeting point which took time to get to and wasted some extra time. We ended up always walking back to the original bus drop off which we then took an extra 10-15 mins to walk back to.
Other than that the day trip is worth it for those that like to explore.

Nice day out of Florence - Lydia our guide was really nice and made sure everyone was ok at all time. The only thing I can say on the negative side is that we stopped a total of 3 times both ways, one time for gas and 2 times for a bathroom break. The trip to San Gimignano is that long same for the return trip from Siena.

We were supposed to meet at 16:40 to return home. However 1 person was late. We waited over an hour for her to show up. - We enjoyed the trip and the tour leader. However we were extremely unhappy about waiting for over an hour for this 1 person, who did not respect everyone else's time. She made us wait for over an hour. This is absolutely not acceptable. We had other plans to go to and of course we didn't make it on time. The tour guide should have left this person there after 5 minutes of wait. Because of this I am only waiting a 2.
