Got it done. - Confidence building when what’s advertised is delivered. In this case just tickets at the right place and the right time. Just make sure you keep an eye on your emails/ WhatsApp for late minute changes.

Beautiful and educational. - First, there is plenty of seating along the way. Second, it can take 3 hours or 10 depending on your level of interest. Third, the way I saw it, the museum is divided into 5 parts, the first being mostly religious, sculpture and ancient portraiture. Michaelangelo and Da Vinci among the artists. However, if you are not careful, you can spend so much time in A that you are either too tired or you've run out of time for B through E. And they are very good sections. One of my favorites was the section with self portraits. It was interesting to see how painters view themselves. Finally, if children, up through 18, I think, are accompanying you, they are FREE. Don't buy them a ticket.

So many masterpieces! - Visited this gallery towards the end of our trip and was amazed by all of the masterpieces. The only regret was not taking a guided tour.

Astounding Gallery - If you can, split your visit into two days. The Gallery is enormous, and at the end of the day, there were more fabulous masterpieces to view, but we were exhausted. We did have lunch there, and it was fine and good to have a brief rest, but the enormity of the two buildings and the thousands of art treasures cannot be truly appreciated in just one visit.

Few problems - Actully, it still took more than 1 hour from having the tickets from the Viator representative to enter the musium. It was also very difficult to find the Viator guide.

Beautiful city but overwhelmed with tourists including us of course - It was very difficult to find out how to meet the contact. Hi outfit was scruffy and he didn’t look official in any capacity. It would have been helpful to know that Tuesday is one of the busiest days as I think we would have chosen a different day. All the staff dealing with the hordes of people looked stressed This didn’t make for a good experience.

Skip the Line fee or Scalped? $58 extra! - Skipping the line is simply skipping purchase ticket line. We collected tickets from a guy (like buying from a scalper) who pointed us to an entrance behind some scaffolding which actually blocked the view of a 25 minute line. No skipping line here! I asked a museum security who glanced at my ticket and repeated again, “back of the line”! Wha? LOL! I have to laugh bc it’s pretty lousy to get screwed out of $58 euro bc I choose not to stand in line for a ticket. We could have been in the museum an hour earlier but waited till 11:30 AM to meet OUR “scalper”!
