Invaluable - Anna, our guide, was an excellent communicator and very engaging. The value in visiting the gallery with someone who understands the artists and the history is unrivalled. It is also hugely beneficial to avoid the queues for entry! Highly recommended

Better than the Duomo - 10/10 experience from both the tour operator and tour guide. I had accidentally booked the tour a day early, because of this we were still in Rome the day the tour was booked and didn't make it to Florence until the next day. The operator was extremely accommodating and allowed us to still attend the tour the next day, he was a very calm and collected individual. Paulina was our guide and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! We have been on multiple tours in Florence and one small thing she did that made it better than all the other tours was time she left for questions after each room. This meant a lot to me and my wife because it makes the tour more intimate and other guides try to rush through information as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends and family. If you enjoy going to museums and learning the history behind the art this tour is for you!

Fun and exciting. - The Tour guide, name? Male 60s beard... incredibly knowledgeable and interesting. Lives and knows all the works. The incredible paintings and abilene of the Renaissance period!

Learned a lot at the Uffizi Gallery - Our tour guide Isabella was great! She explained how painting changed from medieval to renaissance times. She had interesting info about the Botticellis and the Leonardos. And she was great dealing with the crowds and getting our group in front to see the paintings.

NO Skip the Line, very short tour - The guide was quite good, but we paid the hefty price for this tour in order to skip the line. You do not skip the line with this tour. You wait a LONG time to enter the museum, and you watch all the people who did not pay for a tour go in before you! We waited in the rain for over a half hour. Even though there were sheltered areas, we had to wait in the pouring rain. We did not get into the museum for 45 minutes, and the tour itself was barely an hour. Definitely not worth the price.

Worst guided tour ever - Terrible experience. The guide showed up at the appointment visibly nervous and ill-disposed, and throughout the visit she maintained a negative and irritated attitude, arguing with other guides and tourists present at the Uffizi. The impression is that she had had a bad day, buts she did nothing to hide it and make the visit pleasant. The 5 people who participated in the visit, including my daughter and I, were shocked and embarrassed by this behavior. A real shame, both for the cost of the visit and because for my daughter it was the first time at the Uffizi and I was confident in a beautiful and memorable experience.
