Biathlon initiation is an activity that is accessible to all supervised by ESF instructors!
Shooting is done with pellet rifles, compressed air to hit targets 10m away.
The session will begin with shooting at rest to understand how it works and gain precision.
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, you will be able to improve your shooting accuracy!
You can then walk or run to try out effort shooting depending on your physical level. We adapt to your desire and your energy!
You will end with games, confrontations, relays and a small competition for the more athletic.

• Rifles and ammunition provided

The 10 m shooting practices take place using air rifles that shoot pellets. All champions began their shooting journey with these rifles at 10 m during their university period.
Our shooting gear is rented from the Font-Romeu ski club, the training ground of Simon and Martin Fourcade.
We resort to air rifles to reproduce the exhilaration of TV biathlons. This makes the encounter more significant than with laser guns.
We hold the unique offering in Cerdanya of shooting with air rifles.
