I'd do it again - It was a great time and the home made cocktail was great. Only problem I ran into was the booking time on viator says 1145am however the operators told me it was at 1pm so I came back later. It was great

Dolphin and turtle catamaran day - We spent a wonderful day on the catamaran. We saw dolphins and turtles. We LOVED our day and we recommend it 100%! Everything was perfect ! Thanks again to Micka and Valerie for this great day! We met some awesome people on the boat!

Magnificent experience - Magnificent experience. !!! Incredible excursion, a very beautiful discovery. The guide taught us a lot of things, showed us a lot of things, was very professional, he also listened to everyone. I have rarely seen such a varied and quality excursion. I highly recommend this excursion.

Lovely snorkel tour - Michael was an amazing guide - it was so special to be on a small boat and see the coast of Martinique. Highlights were touring the beaches and seeing a million tropical fish while snorkeling. This is a must do when you visit Martinique! We will be back :)

Not trustworthy - We had booked Kairidream on the Kairidream website following 2 telephone conversations with the man who pilots the boat. Meet at 12 p.m. in Fort De France after more than an hour's drive. He texts us to cancel at 11am. Not cool. Not serious !!!

Snorkeling was phenomenal! - The snorkel spot was fantastic and some of the most beautiful I’ve seen. However the communication was a bit lacking. The employees at the front desk barely spoke English and were not able to answer some of our questions. The captain also didn’t speak much English and had to use other tour guests as translators. However, the tour itself was beautiful and the rum punch and fresh fruit that were served were delicious and cold. The bat cave was an added bonus place to stop. Our boat had a shade canopy but there others that we saw that didn’t. One tip is bring your own snorkel gear because they don’t provide it but you can rent it from them for $5.

Ok if you’re French speaking! - Communication not the best ( unless you are French speaking!) was confusing to locate and no-one responding to messages to clarify. No apparent health and safety briefing. We booked specifically to see turtles, our first stop was an hour at a beach which was most unexpected ( not exactly in the description) we were left confused, and although to be fair the captain did attempt a couple of google translates for us on the whole we felt very excluded as all the other people were French. We then went on to look at the coastline, a cave and a snorkelling site and we were left wondering if we were ever going to get the to the turtles….we finally did, albeit 2 at the most. A fresh fruit platter was prepared which was a nice touch then we raced across the waves back ( whilst we were hanging on for dear life the Captain/driver was looking at his phone/ making calls!) Would we do it again… no.

Fun, but potential for much better - The tour operator didn't speak English and was giving information and scenic information only in French for an English-speaking audience. Also, didn't have enough snorkeling masks for everyone on board. Overall, felt disorganized.

nice excursion but bad guide - The guide made us wait 1 hour at the start of the excursion, he doesn't help people get off the boat and get back on, isn't attentive, doesn't explain much

Did not pick us up! - We booked and paid through TripAdvisor. The operator did not show up. I called their number. They did not answer. I sent them an email. They did not respond. We walked around instead. I requested a refund. I just received and email telling me they will not refund my money but are sorry that my plans did not work out! Tried to save some money not booking from the cruise. Sadly I will not be using TripAdvisor again
