Ryan’s First Boat Ride - Captain Mike and his knowledgeable assistant gave us a night to remember along the intercoastal. 10/10 Would recommend!

Great night cruise - Took 6pm on 10/24. Unfortunately don’t remember names. Both captains were fun and knowledgeable. It was a nice night for a cruise. Highly recommend.

Evening intercostal boat cruise. - The time on the Internet was 7pm to sail but it left at 6pm. We did not get dinner prior to departure because of this.. The seats are bicycles seats and most uncomfortable.

Waste of money - Site said 7pm start, 2 emails confirmed 7pm start, we got there at 545 and the captain was waiting for us, he said the departure time was 6pm. We arrived early to familiarize ourselves with the area, have dinner and be ready for 7 pm. So guess what….no dinner for 3 seniors. The captain said we would stop at a restaurant in an hour and we could get something to eat there. We got on the boat and the only seats available were bicycle seats! Excuse me…we paid for a boat ride not a bicycle ride. How uncomfortable!!! We stopped at the restaurant but were told not to order anything because we weren’t stopping long enough. They said there was a convenience store where we could buy something to eat. I’m not sure why we stopped (15 minutes or so), the first mate (??) bought shrimp and fed the fish. At that stop the captain came to me and said we should get on the boat first and choose a seat that wasn’t a bicycle. I said no to that! Now wouldn’t that cause some trouble had we done that! We were purposely the last to board. After we were on the boat and on our way I went to the captain and pointed out that everyone was sitting in their same seat and had we done as he said we would be the bad guys for sure. A little later the captain invited me to talk, he said he had talked to his boss who said they tried to phone us but noticed we had an out of country phone number and the call was unsuccessful, so they said they would reimburse one ticket for us. That’s a bunch of bologna, we reserved our ride using my sisters US phone number, here it is 10 days later and still no refund. After reading reviews I see we are not the only ones waiting for a refund. I do not recommend this company!
