Amazing experience with Jungle Queen RiverBoat Cruise - The views were amazing, we took so many photos, so fun to watch how bridges open in front of you and let you go through, like each moment of that tour

90 min of fun - Fun, relaxing, informative. Really enjoyed the cruise and learning more about the Ft. Lauderdale area. Very cool to see large yachts and mansions on the river and the stories about their past. Even better, the cruise had snacks and a bar. Absolutely recommend!!

Great idea for a rainy day - Our tour guide was great and funny. We had a cloudy, drizzly, windy day and it was the perfect thing to do on a day like that. It would be a good thing to do any time, especially if you need a break from the sun and want to see parts of Dort Lauderdale you would t get to see .

Just do it! - This little cruise far exceeded my expectations. You are not confined to your table and can get up and enjoy the views from wherever you want. Drinks were good and made some new friends.

Nice tour -but not all of it - Started fine with interesting information and stories about the houses. Going under the bridge and spending half an hour in the port, didn’t like that part.

Save your money pick a better tour - The lady narrator insults the ultra rich owners of the mansions and yachts the boat passes. She could be sued by them and even talked about some legal troubles but keeps blabbering away. She should get an education for a better job rather than whining about this job she seems to hate and her sad lousy life. Then she keeps telling us to buy more drinks at the bar. Pathetic.

Burnt by Yellow Cab. - We ordered a taxi to take us from our hotel to the Jungle Queen departure area about 10 minutes away. Our departure was at 2:30pm and we had the hotel (Aloft Fort Lauderdale) call for a taxi (Yellow Cab) at 1:40pm to allow us lots of time. At 1:55pm when the cab had not picked us up we checked and were told the the cab had been here, picked up another fare and left and that the earliest that another one could pick us up would be in 25 minutes. We then called Jungle Queen office and were told that they would leave at 2:3:0 sharp and no they wouldn’t wait. They said we could arrange to go the next day, but that was no good as we were leaving on a Caribbean Cruise the next day. I then talked to TripAdvisor and and was told to submit a request for refund. I later got an Email saying the request was denied. I guess I would have been better off to wait to walk up to the boat last minute and take a chance on getting aboard, than to pay online weeks in advance and then be out 60 plus dollars.
