New Delhi - Arrive in Delhi and be picked up from the airport or your hotel. Begin your guided tour of “Old & New Delhi” with a visit to the Red Fort, followed by Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque. Enjoy a rickshaw ride through the bustling Chandni Chowk market. Continue to Rajghat, the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, originally a historic ghat of Old Delhi. You’ll also explore the 11th-century Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty, and Humayun’s Tomb, another UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing early Mughal architecture. Visit the Bahai Temple, also known as the Lotus Temple (closed Mondays), and the India Gate, a war memorial. Drive past the Parliament House, the President’s Palace, and Secretariat buildings.
