Listen to the pilot. - Sitting in the front of the helicopter with Ken was just amazing. Ken was so reassuring and professional the flight was smooth as it comes. The scenery and the experience of landing on the glacier was surreal and so worth the wait. Thank you so much.

Pure magic! - Spectacular views, a real bucket list item. Friendly, professional staff, well organised. We opted for Fox Glacier & My Cook flyby with 20min snow landing. May seem a little expensive but you get what you pay for and this was worth it! Highly recommended.

Highlight of New Zealand - This was a brilliant activity and was the highlight of our trip to New Zealand.  All staff were helpful and our pilot was chatty and informative.  We got an upclose view of Mount Cook followed by landing on the glacier.  Standing on the glacier in the sunshine above the cloudline was a truly surreal experience. While the experience isn't cheap I think it was really good value for money, especially when compared to other attractions across the country.  I can't recommend doing this enough!

Great tour - My 2yr old and I had a great experience on this trip. He was able to sit on my lap and had a great ride with dad. Friendly staff recommended a lollipop to help him deal with the popping ears... great idea. We had some fun up the snow and had some great views. Im bigger then your average lad but there was heaps of room....

Great helicopter ride - The company has to work around the weather which changes frequently. They were were very courteous and willing to work with us. The trip was everything they described including a quiet helicopter with good headphones to listen to the pilot. The pilot gave an excellent commentary about the glacier and its history. Had a fun time walking around the glacier. The view was spectacular and breathtaking. I did a similar trip in Alaska and this trip was just as good.

Awesome experience - A great crew offering a great experience. I did the snow landing at Franz Josef glacier, which included lots of time for photos and to enjoy the snow. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience - This is a must do in Franz Josef. Fabulous pilot, Dion, who gave a great commentary. Really can’t appreciate the beauty and scale of the glaciers unless you see them from the air. Magical experience to land on the mountain and see close up the glaciers, Mt Cook and Mt Tasman. So memorable, a true life memory.

A must do! - We loved our experience and Heliservices were amazing. The weather was changing fast so we had our course changed. We instead saw Fox Glacier and Mt Cook. We landed for as long as we could getting many photos then we took off out of there. As we only landed for a short while (we felt was completely long enough) the lovely team refunded us $85 each! Couldn't recommend this company enough. Thanks so much guys!!

Fantastic staff and amazing experience!! - We were passing thru Franz on our way to the ferry, the staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us get on a flight before we had to leave given our time schedule. We had popped into a couple of companies trying to squeeze in a morning ride, but none were available until the afternoon. The journey itself was obviously breathtaking, and the pilot provided awesome information about the area, even suggesting other activities (such as a visit to Lake Matheson) to do while there. The pilot was fantastic and the ride was super smooth even tho we went up in windy weather, he let us know where we would feel slight bumps like when lifting off the snow which was awesome given none of the passengers had been on a helicopter before. Our nerves were quickly settled as the pilot was super calm and informative. The pilot even got out and took pictures for us!! I would highly recommend this company, the staff were all amazing, friendly, and hihgly experienced!

Worst attitude.. Indians not welcome.. - We took the 30 mins ride just today morning. We were a family of 4 people with kids, about which they knew beforehand. We were to share our ride with two other gentlemen, for which we did not have any problem at all. When being seated, the Loader made us seat separately: two in front and two back: for which my husband asked the Loader why can’t we seat together at back all four : instead of giving any explanation: he was like either you seat or you leave if you are not Ok with it.. the whole attitude was like they are taking us for a free ride and doing favour to us.. they were nice with other passengers but looking at his attitude towards us, my husband just told him that his attitude cannot be tolerated and he’s going to complain about his racist behaviour.. This was just the start.. the pilot was even worse during the whole ride.. his attitude was super bad and really biased... clicked snaps, chatted, helped the fellow passengers, but to us he gave the worst possible looks and cold shoulders.. we still tried to thank him at end of the ride but he just looked away.. Tried to talk to the manager at store on return and he’s like they had a technical reason why they made us seat separately.. my husband said then the loader could have just said the reason when we asked him but why such attitude ... to which his only reply was : why did you call him racists.. he didn’t have any explanation for the loader and pilots behaviour.. we told him we said because his attitude was such and the pilot was worst.. We have been travelling in NZ since last 10 days now and never had any issues anywhere.. this is the first time where we faced such attitude Will just say one thing: there are other operators also in town and met people who took their services and were far satisfied and happy.. These people have some of the worst attitudes and of course don’t know anything about customer service.. even in today’s world they are biased beyond belief and really don’t know what further to say..
