Unguided (you don’t need one) is great - Walked here from our hotel, but Ubers are cheap and plentiful. Admission is R$80 £11.50 approx everything is written in Portuguese Spanish and English with QR Codes to scan for more info. The park is well maintained and lots of walk through spacious averíes to get close up views of the birds. Plenty of places to eat and drink and restrooms along the route. Saw people being wheeled around so disabled friendly.

Preferable the Argentine side - Honestly, the Argentine side is better. Nobody gives you information, you are approached by those who want to sell you the tours. Nobody tells you that there are VIP tickets so you don't have to wait in lines. Everything super expensive

A good quality bird park experience - The bird park admission is about USD $12. A taxi to/from your hotel can be negotiated directly with the driver. I would estimate from any of the nearby aqua resort hotels you'll get one way travel for between USD $10-15, but local bus is also available in many instances. If it is raining, bring some foul weather gear, good walking shoes with soles that have treads that won't slip on metal surfaces that cover some of the catwalks. They did install a metal trim as a means of a "gripper" surface but I twisted my knee just the same. Bring your own bottled water or pay about USD $2 a bottle. Snack bars (2) are available. For a treat they offer a young coconut with a straw but its a bit pricey. Allow about 2 hours' time to walk the tour and take pictures, etc. Park naturalists are available throughout the park, so you don't really "need" a tour guide. If you speak English, Spanish or Portuguese, you'll find it easy to understand explanatory signs. MOBILITY CHALLENGED PERSONS: I went to assess for medical and wellness tourism. I determined that a person with unstable knees, ankles, heel spurs or plantar fasciitis, sciatica, or one who requires a walker, cane or wheelchair, this experience is not really designed to be ideal for you. I could not walk the entire park and had to ask for an escort back from the snack bars through the staff pathways - which was provided.

We got picked up from our hotel on... -
We got picked up from our hotel on time and driven to the park. We got the tickets directly without having to wait the queue. Overall it was fine but it is mainly that transport and fast tickets. The time we had in the park was adequate although we did not stop once we were in. If you have kids, you just want to walk slowly or there is a big queue in the gift shop you may be late for your pick up.

I booked this tour for Dec 11 at... -
I booked this tour for Dec 11 at 8:00am. This tour should be 4 hours. However, they change it to Dec 9 afternoon which after my tour to Iguassu Fall Brazil which is next to this park. They drop me off there for one hour which we do not want to do two parks in one day. Our booking for this day afternoon should be a city tour at 2:00 pm. The bird park is great but is not worth for my money paid as this tour should be include round trip transfer from hotel and is four hours instead of dropping us off there for one hour.
