Exceeded expectations - We did the panoramic, but I recommend the special (which goes denyto of Itaipu and also does the panoramic circuit). It's impressive and worth every penny.

Sensational Itaipu - It is the second most fascinating attraction in Foz, second only to the Falls, they are always friendly, polite, priority for disabled and elderly people works and the Itaipu Iluminada tour is incredible, it is always worth it, it was my second visit with my mother and kids and they loved it, the musical show that precedes it is anthology. Looking at Itaipu as an engineering work is brilliant, not only technically but also in terms of the logistics of the place, first world!

Very good experience. - Great tour, the driver was very friendly and sharing a lot of cool details and open for any questions. He let me do the tour at my own pace, which is always good. I extremely recommend it. The dam is amazing and great place to visit.

Sightseeing Tour - Itaipu Dam - It is an awesome place to visit. It is pretty impressive! It is the second largest Dam in the world, however it is the one that produces the more power than any other. I recommend the tour. loved it and I also learned a lot from the tour guides.

Engineering marvel. Spectacular views - Don't miss if you have enough time in Iguazu fall. This would be a half day trip. Don't book this tour. All they provide is transportation which you can book yourself.

Unfortunately, the guide on the Dam... -
Unfortunately, the guide on the Dam tour didn't even offer an English option so I wasn't able to understand any of the information given. The dam itself is worth seeing though.

A fairly good tour - This is a good place to visit if you have several days in Foz. I did like that we were on a few buses within the park, and that you get a very good view of the dam. It is the largest dam we have ever visited. They have a good souvenir shop also.

Very Expensive Transfer - The place is great to visit, but the price charged by Viator is very high for what is essentially a transfer from your hotel to the place and back. Once there, you pay an entry fee (definitely worth going for the more expensive internal tour, especially if you are interested in engineering). All of the time at the site is managed by the Itaipu Dam staff. Get a taxi there and save a lot!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - This is not a tour but a taxi ride to the dam, where you have to pay for the entrance and tour when you get there. There was no sightseeing because all the driver did was picked us up from hotel and took to the dam. Do not get trapped in this scam.

FRAUD - Horrible experience. - We had a horrible experience. A driver from Grey Line tours met us and took us to the Itaipu Dam, but once we go there, we were told that we did not have tickets. Itaipu staff are great people and did a lot of legwork for us. We speak Italian, Spanish, and English, but not Portuguese, so the staff called trip advisor and Grey Line tours and confirmed very bad news for us. They confirmed that Trip Advisor does not do business with anyone named Gray Line. They also confirmed that the 252.30 Brazilian Real that we paid for this trip (about $66) was only for the transportation from the hotel to the dam. We are working with our bank to get the 252.30 Real refunded. We were forced to buy our own tickets. We took an Uber back to the hotel for less than $4, as it was only 8km. Somehow we were taken advantage of. Perhaps you can help us rectify this situation. Thanks,
