So Much to Learn - We think the instructor's name was Jille (apologies if we got it wrong). Jille was highly knowledgeable about the wines of Bourgogne, yet patient with us, who are strict amateurs who barely know French. We learned a lot, and we enjoyed tastes of four wonderful wines. Yum!

Thought I knew a lot about Pinot Noirs. - Very informative. Learned about the region, the various denominations. The way wines are identified is very different from other regions, especially Bordeaux. Our guide was charming and eager for us to appreciate the various levels from regional to grands crus. Only complaint is the acoustics made it difficult to always hear her well.
