Highlights
  • Omaha Beach - Omaha Beach, the American sector beach where troops from the 1st and 29th American Infantry Divisions landed on June 6, 1944. It was later nicknamed “Bloody Omaha.” The guide accompanying you will detail the experiences of these soldiers so you can feel the emotion this beach evokes.
  • American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer - A symbolic site of the landing beaches, this cemetery overlooks Omaha Beach and is rich in symbolism. Overwhelmed with emotion, you will discover every detail of this memorial site with your guide.
  • German Battery at Longues-sur-Mer - A German fortification in the British sector of Gold, it is one of the symbols of the famous Atlantic Wall. Here, you will understand how a German battery operated and see the original cannons.
  • Remains of the Mulberry Harbor - Normandy is one of the regions with the highest tides in the world. During the Battle of Normandy, supplies would have been compromised if British engineering had not conceived this technical feat of assembling floating ports called Mulberry. Only by seeing it will you understand the immense importance it had in the outcome of the landing.
