Admire the famous works of art that punctuate this historic waterway around Béziers, including the Fonseranes lock staircase and the majestic Béziers Canal Bridge.

During your cruise, you can enjoy your own picnic or take advantage of our refreshment bar offering snacks (no sandwiches) and drinks. Picnic in a friendly atmosphere while gliding peacefully on the calm waters of the canal.

The barge offers a shaded area with large bay windows to fully appreciate the landscape, as well as a panoramic terrace equipped with umbrellas. In summer, a mister guarantees a refreshing atmosphere. This tour is perfect for adults and children, promising an unforgettable experience for the whole family.

Park at the 9 locks car park (rue du canal Royal) then follow the path on the wooden footbridge to the canal (approx. 300m journey). Once at the edge of the canal you will see the pier from the top of the locks just before the building (where the ticket office is located). Boarding begins at 12:30 p.m.

Incredible moment - Come with family 5 adults and 1 child we had a great time. The captain and his sailor of exceptional kindness. On the way back the boy could even try to steer the barge Thank you very much I recommend it 10000 times

Small parenthesis - Nice cruise with super friendly staff. It was very nice to hear the story of this canal It mentions snacking, it is only chips and peanuts, see mini salads, plan a picnic. The BC is not accepted on board the barge

Relax afternoon on the water - Quiet boat trip through beautiful scenery. Well arranged, there is quite little to say about it. The first half is a bit boring, but chill. The highlight of the trip is in the 2nd half. Good value for the price. 70 euros for 3 persons including parking exit ticket and 3 bottles of water

Very nice cruise - Very nice cruise, we were able to enjoy it long enough because it lasts more than 2 hours. Our 2 children liked it too. They were able to make a little booklet of games to keep busy, with a little diploma at the end. The host is excellent, the staff very helpful, the comments interesting. There was enough room to be comfortable, on seats or on a bench , you can move easily. The description of the cruise is precise. When booking on trip advisor, you have to go to the ticket office to get tickets, we had free parking. We had a great time.

Canal du Midi cruise to Vias - Nothing to do with stereotypical cruises or audio commentary is done by a recorded tape swarming banalities: here we are dealing with real enthusiasts who communicate to you from the beginning their enthusiasm, culture and love of the Canal du Midi. I admit that I arrived uneducated, I came out a little smarter thanks to them; “living” comments, anecdotes, explanations, historical details... in short l hour and a half passes very quickly in their company and they undoubtedly contribute to maintaining a heritage that only needs to be highlighted. Congratulations to them and thank you.

Good few hours on the canal - Good few hours, staff helpful. The first hour or so was a bit tedious, hence the four star. Second half great, good views and interesting travel down the locks

Visit of major works too expensive - Very friendly staff but null visit because we do not see much and parking is paid throughout the visit 7€ it is too expensive and we were not informed ....a nice scam
