Amazing experince - An amazing experience, the kindness, the respectful service, the best visiting experience we have had. The ride was a bit long tho: about 3 hours, but it def worth it! Mont Saint Michel is gorgeous. The team was just great, very professional guide and driver. If I come back, we will def book with them again.

Great way to see something exceptional ! - It was really a nice trip. We managed to see one of the most tragic places in the world - Omaha beach and the 7th miracle of the world - Mont Saint-Michel and all that in 1 day. There are no other tours like that, so it is highly recommended ! The team was just great, very professional guide and driver.

An amazing experience in Normandy - We had a fantastic experience visiting Normandy! We traveled with our family and opted for a comfortable minivan. We had a wonderful guide who shared fascinating insights about the attractions. Everything was incredibly interesting, and I'm still going through photos from these beautiful places. Highly recommend it!

We will remember this tour forever - We enjoyed our time so much. Our guide was such a joy to be around. He explained us all the information about these two completely different sites. And he seemed to be an expert in any! The drive was long (prepare yourself) but comfy in our private van. The driver was excellent too. Special thanks to Nataly from the booking department who was dealing with our troubles ahead of time. Sorry for the hotel changement situation.

Must Do Tour - Went with my family to do the D Day tour and Mont Saint Michel. We were picked up right at our hotel in a comfortable van. Our guide was Natalie and she was awesome! Very knowledgeable, funny and pleasant, she really helped make the tour a fun and memorable experience. Going to Omaha beach and the museum was very powerful, and Mont Saint Michel was incredibly majestic. Highly recommend.

The long but teaching you a lot day, - The long but teaching you a lot day, We had a great time visiting both places in a single day. If I had the chance to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate, even though it was quite a long day. It would be fantastic to have more than 24 hours in a day to explore further.

Highly Recommend - This trip was very special and we enjoyed it very much. It was a great way to get a taste for both D-Day and Mont Saint Michel. For a more in-depth experience, you would really need to spend a few days in that region. We did not have that option so this was perfect for us. We visited the American Cemetery which was deeply moving. The museum was really well done and our guide, Helen, really tied that information in with the overall history and events of the time. We visited the graves and the chapel as well. We enjoyed a delightful lunch with Helen and then topped it off with a visit to Omaha beach. It was a lovely experience and Helen is full of fascinating information that brings the experience to life for the visitor. My family really enjoyed this experience, particularly because we have a long history of military service connected with France. TIP - bring a windbreaker or a coat as it is always very windy here! If you have a relative here, locate their name on the wall in the rose garden behind the monument. We chose to eat in a wonderful restaurant by the beach at Omaha Beach. This was the best choice because the restaurants at Mont St Michel are very crowded and would have taken up a lot more time. It also provide a more intimate (quiet) environment where we could better hear all the information that Helen was sharing with us. Really made such a difference to the quality and depth of the experience! We headed to Mont Saint Michel next. What an incredible place! We arrived in plenty of time to take our tour, however, for some inexplicable reason, the Abbey had shut down the visits. But where a door closes, another window opens when minds work together. We discovered there would be Vespers in the Abbey a bit later and we could attend that. So, Helen arranged for us to stay a bit longer so we could actually attend. It turned out to be something we will all remember for a long time. Best outcome for sure - just a few people, in the Abbey, with the Nuns and Monks singing their vespers with but about 10 other people. It was beautiful. Tip: you might want to start with Mont St. Michel in the morning to accomplish 2 things: 1) the longest drive is over first instead of last. 2) you will not have be concerned the tours will close unexpectedly early (even though Helen had never experienced this issue in the past). Better to be safe than sorry!. Tip #2: Let Helen know before you come of the historical aspects you are most interested in so she can share those stories and information with you. She know so much! It was a long day, for sure. Don't plan anything the next morning as you will want time to rest after that day. But a HUGE shout out to Helen, our young, very knowledgeable, extremely personable guide. We enjoyed her company very much. And also to our driver, who was so agreeable to the change of plans last minute and delivered us safely everywhere we went. You both worked to make our experience as special as it was and we were thrilled with the day and your company. Thank you! Merci!

Worst experience in my travel career - I seldom give negative reviews. However this experience was absolutely unacceptable. We booked this trip while in paris and per trip advisor we needed to wait for the status to change from pending to confirmed. The next day it was confirmed. Pickup was at our hotel which was listed on their Pickup locations at 7am. 7am no driver. 715am I called and spoke with valerie. She says if it says your booked the driver will be there no problem. She said she would call back and confirm. 30 mins go bye no response. Called back, she would not answer. I then receive a text stating they didn't get the reservation yesterday but magically they received it this morning. They would need 1 hour to get a driver on site for pickup. I tried calling again. No answer. The hotel staff who I did not solicit asked if they could call valerie. I gave them the number and she answered. She blamed tripadvisor for not receiving the request and insisted on the driver to arrive in 1 hour. 1 hour goes by no driver. I called again and still not answering my calls. She finally answes a plea from a text messages asking for a status update. She says they will need another hour. We again wait and 2 hours now goes by no driver. The hotel manager is now in the building and becomes angry with the situation. He calls valerie direct and explains how this is unacceptable and not how to conduct business. She insists a translator will be to the hotel with a driver in 30 mins. She then text me the driver and translators numbers. 45 mins go by and the translator shows up apologizes. Then we are informed the driver is stuck in trafficking and will be another hour....wow. We then asked if we would even have time to see all the sites on this tour. The honest response was NO. We called tripadvisor asking to cancel and you would think that would be a no brainer given the circumstances. It wasn't. First attempt the call was "disconnected" after holding 10 mins. Second attempt we held another 10 mins waiting on a response. I had to threaten to dispute the charge with american express in order to facilitate a response. Ultimately a refund was issued. (still waiting but I'm sure it's coming) so we know have 4 hrs wrapped up into this while we are in paris. Such wasted time and so much aggravation. Not to mention the international calls that we will obviously be paying for to attempt to correct their mistakes. Shame on tripadvisor and shame on valerie and this third party company. Absolutely unacceptable. Couldt recommend enough. DO NOT BOOK THIS PERIOD!

Unprofessional / Unprepared and Unethical Tour Operator - This is a completely unprofessional and unethical tour operator. Based on my experience not a large tour operator and likely a 1 or 2 person shop that takes your information and assigns a Uber driver to be your private car and an inexperienced college student to be your "professional" tour guide. I would read the other negative reviews, so you know what to expect ahead of time if you take the risk of using this company. The tour guide is likely an inexperienced college student who googled the sites for basic facts the day and didn't have detailed knowledge about the places or sites. In fact stated many inaccuracies when I asked him questions. Frustrating when you have a private tour and ask where are the major places in Normandy to see the bunkers, etc and he doesn't know. We were already lost at the 1st site and walking to nowhere which made the day longer. I let him and Valerie know during the tour and was texted back just finish the tour and happy to get feedback afterwards. I sent her feedback that night. She never responded. Because the tour was completely nothing as promised in the listing I disputed with my credit card company and Valerie's response was to make up lies that I was in fact very happy and smiling and likely unhappy because of an unrelated tour the day before. Total lies. I didn't have a tour the day before and was in fact at the women's gymnastics all round finals and had a great time. Luckily had text messages with Valerie proving that and other "inaccuracies" exposing her lies. Proceed with extreme caution with this tour operator and if you decide to take a gamble. Here are some best practices. 1. Communicate only via text message with Valerie and tour guide. Even if you let the tour guide know you are not happy in person during the tour, send that person a text message anyway so that it's documented if you decide to dispute because they will simply make up stories to justify their positions in the absence of proof. 2. Take pictures of the car you pay extra for because what you paid for may not be what you end up getting as I previously mentioned they don't have a fleet of private cars, but a network of Uber drivers. Document, document, document. Know that you are paying for an inexperienced college student who may or may not speak the language you chose to be your tour guide and an Uber driver who may or may not speak the language your chose to be your private car. As long you are ok with that you should be fine. Or, you could just hire your own Uber driver and google or use the guided tours at the sites yourself for a much better and knowledgable experience and save yourself the disappointment and frustration. As to how they have the Viator "Badge of Excellence" is beyond me. Good luck to you.
