Informative and Relaxing tour - It rained the entire trip, so that was a drawback. However, the Captain did a great job of sharing the history of bourbon and the Frankfort area. Really informative and great views!

Really enjoyed the tour - First of all, I was expecting the boat to be a pontoon boat as pictured on the Trip Advisor page, so was very pleasantly surprised when we were actually on the double decker boat. Im sorry I don’t remember his name, but the presentation was excellent, with lots of history and stories by a local resident. Cocktails and other drinks were offered for purchase twice during the river cruise. I would recommend this tour.

Entertaining Kentucky History On The Water - We took out-of-town friends on the Bourbon Boat last weekend and loved it despite the unseasonable heat. The boat has a canopy and overhead fans so we were comfortable throughout. Captain Nathan gave a well-researched spiel about Ky history and the history of bourbon and Frankfort itself with a fair amount of dad jokes sprinkled in. As the weather cools and leaves begin to turn it will be a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon.

Great Way to Spend the Afternoon - We wanted to try this because we’re from Washington state and don’t have anything like this. Glad we did. Boat was nicely set up, clean, spacious, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very prompt and the tour followed their schedule well. The narration was interesting and the volume was great and we learned a lot; however they did have some problems with the PA system on the trip’s return, so that was mildly irritating. It didn’t last long though, so it was okay. We would definitely take this tour again.

A Highlight of our trip! - our original tour was rained out but they quickly communicated and offered excellent options! We loved that we were able to bring our very well behaved pups with! (three 80 pound pups). The staff is first rate, a ton of knowledge about the River Bourbon connection and distilleries! We all enjoyed a couple cocktails that were VERY tasty! Highly recommend this tour!
