A Perfect Blend of Scenery and Bourbon History - The Kentucky River Bourbon History Boat Tour was an incredible experience! Cruising along the scenic Kentucky River while learning about the history of bourbon was the perfect combination. Captain Nathan was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating stories about the area’s bourbon heritage and the river’s role in the industry. The views from the river were beautiful, and it offered a unique perspective on Kentucky’s landscape. Whether you’re a bourbon enthusiast or just looking for a relaxing way to take in some local history, this tour is a must-do. This was one of favorite things about our entire trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

History Can Be Fun! - Beautiful & leisurely trip down the Kentucky River. Our guide was fun and gave us lots of interesting information about the history of the river, bourbon, the distilleries and Frankfort. Would highly recommend this trip!

Bourbon Boat Tour - Had a great time on our tour. All our Captains were great and Captain Nathan was very informative on the history of bourbon and the area.

Great Tour to Relax and Wind Down - This was a fun and relaxing tour. The tour guide was not only funny but very knowledgeable. It gave a different point of view of the local history. The only thing I had an issue with was when we arrived, I was looking for a pontoon boat like the picture shown here. We were expecting that and a small tour with no alcohol included (which is what the original description mentioned). I was really confused when all I saw was a large houseboat with a bar included. I literally thought I was on the wrong boat and interrupted our excellent tour guide because I needed to confirm. I'm sure everyone around me thought I was nuts...but anyway...this is not a pontoon boat! It is a large, comfortable boat with two levels and super friendly hosts! I'd do it again.

Fun on the river. - An amazing experience. I received a large amount of information on the local history and history of bourbon and the people who were involved with making the great elixir.

Bourbon - The guide was great and the scenery was very pretty. And the boat both left and returned exactly on time. We had a great time.

Wonderful experience! - I had no expectations booking this tour. I left the boat thrilled that we took the time to go on it! The captains made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The captain narrating the trip was entertaining as well as knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting the area.

Fun history on the river - Highly recommend to locals and all visitors to the state. Very informative on the history of the river in frankfort, ky with a relaxing fun atmosphere. The staff was amazing. Cant wait to do this again and the other tours offered.
