It was educational, although short and in a nut shell. More time was needed on our side, but we were satisfied. - Thank you, in the future we hope to take more advantage of the individual stops and use the time frame offered.

Adequate - I was only in frankfurt for one day as a stopover on my way to somewhere else, so I decided this bus would be a good way to see the city quickly. Which it was, but unfortunately, I found Frankfurt itself very underwhelming with not a lot to look at. It doesn't take very long to do a full loop, and there weren't many stops I felt the need to get off at for a better look. But buses ran regularly and could always get a seat & there was a stop near my hotel which was handy.

City Tour good; Skyline Tour not worth the money - We booked both tours. The City Tour was good, no problem. The Skyline tour is not worth the money, the name does not reflect what is explained during the tour. Most of the "Newer" High Rise buildings are not included in the tour description. Most of the ones they mention have already been mentioned in the City Tour. As a citizen of Frankfurt who had visitors, I am deeply disappointed by the tour.

Disappointing and boring... - As Frankfurt “children” we took the hop-on/hop-off bus today and were totally disappointed. The tour passed many of the most important sights (Museum shore, Iron Bridge, Westendviertel,...), but was not mentioned at all in the audio commentary. The whole comment was very sparse and not informative at all. As a tourist who wants to learn more about our beautiful city and is interested in the history of the banking metropolis, knows nothing more after this tour than before...a pity.

Unfriendly, overpriced - When we booked our bus tour there was no time indication. We were there at 3:28 p.m. to take the bus. This was empty and we activated our tickets with the bus driver. We were then told that we had booked 4pm. As written, there was no time selection. There was absolutely no coming in. Next bus is standing and it's raining. We had asked if we could smell in due to the rain. He must piss we got in response. They were allowed in and made a trip in rush hour traffic for three!!!!! Very environmentally friendly, no. Why didn't the empty bus take us? So we had crowded streets and not even 1h we were back. How does that work if there's not so much traffic? And that for 54€.

Strong to revise - There is no indication of what time the bus will arrive. At least an approximate time of arrival, would make sense on a timetable. We had to wait 45 minutes for a bus to arrive and then it was just the one for the other route. The lady for the tickets was unkind. We've used buses like this many times, but never as badly as we've used them here.

Poor frequency, no wifi, unfriendly staff - Poor frequency, no wifi, unfriendly staff, poor route. They have stated the frequency to be 20-30 mins however they have only 1 bus for each route and it shows up again at the stop after at least 75 mins

Absolutely NOT recommended - Attention, this tour is a huge disappointment! We booked the ticket to explore the city and see where we might want to go again the following day. To make a long story short, it was a mess. The drama started with the non-existent signage of the stations (we ran around the main station for three quarters of an hour and missed the first tour with it). When we were finally able to drive, we had to get off at St Paul's Church, after one stop. So we got back on after another hour of waiting and left, we had to get off at the next station again, because the bus was broken. Well, that can happen. BUT the unfriendly ticket seller's handling of us about 30 stopped customers was an absolute boldness. First they said we had to wait another hour for the next tour. Then she called the head office (?) and was made a snail from there. Then we were allowed to board. If we had known that we weren’t going on the express tour, we wouldn’t have done that. We drove a totally boring route, got only a few information and arrived back at St. Paul's Church after an hour (due to "2h tour"). Actually we wanted to go to the palm garden and waited for this stop during the tour. However, the stops were not announced. At the end of the tour we asked if we would stop there on the next tour, we just got the unfriendly answer "what we would think. There would certainly be no time for this with the traffic." With the note that you booked a hop-on hop-off tour to get off and on we were just ridiculed with the words "this is not intended, we don't have time for this". We were left with that. By the way, the driver was no friendlier, quite the opposite. So please, hands off this waste of money...:-(

Not recommended - Price/performance does not fit at all. 26.€ p.person for 1 hour bus tour and very little information. Compared to Munich-Düsseldorf-Heidelberg on this round trip very sporadic or No information is mentioned. It is driven over the Main without any mention of the river. Travelling tourists felt that the earphones were defective. For this reason, we cannot recommend the bus tours offered.

Not recommended! - The tour is not recommended. It already starts with the fact that you can enlarge the overview map on the homepage in a non-readable way. The stops are poorly signposted, there is no timetable. We boarded at St. Paul's Church, unfortunately at the second stop. The driver claimed that the upper deck was full, we had to sit downstairs. I don't know who had the great idea of covering the windows in the lower deck from the outside with this advertising film with small holes so that you can't see anything. After a three-quarter round, two people came down from the upper deck. We went upstairs and found that there were six empty seats upstairs. So we had been sitting down, needless to say. Once again at St Paul's Church, we wanted to stay seated to do the entire lap on the upper deck again. However, the driver kicked us out, allegedly she had a break, we should change trains instead and take the bus in front of us. However, it was the wrong line. So we got back on the old bus after 20 minutes on the sidewalk. The driver was characterized by the fact that she constantly cursed loudly about the traffic, so that you could hear it through the whole bus and up to the upper deck. This happened almost continuously. The audio commentary is absolutely flawed, by the way. It is out of sync with the bus ride, omitting essential buildings, and the information is absolutely scant. Total of €42, which is absolutely inappropriate. I can't recommend the ride at all.
