A day exploring Franklin, TN - Guide was very informative. I always gain some new knowledge on these tours. If you are a civil war history buff you will enjoy the stops on this tour. Franklin is a nice day trip from Nashville and Clarksville. Very enjoyable!

Trolley tour of historic Franklin, TN - Charming trolley-ride tour of Franklin, stopping at the major destinations like downtown, the Carnton plantation house, and Carter/Lutz homes. Great tour guide who really knew the area and its history. I learned a lot about Franklin. Highly recommend.

Fulfilling. - Joe and Doug are the best to answer questions, kindly and thoughtfully! Doug has great knowledge about the events in this area, and he shares those times with joy, I really enjoyed my time with them.

Southern charmer - When time is limited the hop on hop off tours are a good way to see a city and gain a little knowledge of the area or to get your bearings for exploring on your own. The guides for our tour were entrusting, well-informed and interesting. Franklin is a lovely town & worthy of a visit.

Franklin tour bus - We could not hear the speaker well from the back of the bus. At times we only heard a few snippets of his conversation. I recommend a better speaker system for the bus.

It was a DUD - They moved location meeting spot without saying anything. Luckily someone at the Visitor Center told me where to go. I walked a mile to get to new location (person made it sound like it was close by) Then when I showed up I didn’t know where to meet it was huge. I called the number & told me to meet (location) as if I knew where to go I’m from out of town I have no idea where that’s at. Finally I found it & I was waiting near the area & the tour bus drove past me I waved them down. Since I was the only one the tour guide thought it was a good idea not to use his microphone & sit next to me. It was awkward I didn’t know if I should look at him or if I could look out. ( I have a hearing problem so I like to look at people’s lips when they talk) so I couldn’t hear & I didn’t get to see much. I guess we were suppose to stop at 5 stops I’m pretty sure we only stopped at 3. Not a good experience & honestly I don’t think I learned that much about Franklin, he talked about the civil war the whole time which I’m all about history but there’s more to Franklin than just the civil war.
