Incredible experience! - From start to finish this experience was incredible! We went into the store and spoke to Dee who was lovely and so informative. She was able to book us onto a tour the following morning and answer all of our questions. We were then lucky enough to have her husband, Ken, as our pilot the next day! He was amazing and took some great photos of us too. Would definitely recommend!

Truly memorable - This was an experience of a lifetime. All staff are highly professional and we received plenty of information about the glacier during the ride. Landing on the glacier was surreal and we were allowed a good amount of time to wander about. We booked the 9am flight and were lucky to have a perfectly still, cloudless day.

Exceptional operator - highly recommend - When planning our South Island itinerary, a flight and snow landing on these magnificent glaciers was high on our list. The cloud cover was constantly changing and having had an earlier flight (with another operator) reduced to a flyover and the snow landing cancelled, we walked into the office of HeliServicesNZ to see if they could take us up and land on the glacier. Within 30 minutes we were in the air with an incredibly generous and experienced pilot who pointed out areas of interest and navigated the mountains and the changing clouds with ease. The sun was shining at the top of the glacier and the snow landing was epic. My brother-in-law had never seen snow before and with age and health issues, this was a bucket-list moment. Our pilot took great care that he was safe on the ice, provided excellent commentary on the flight, and afterwards back on the ground, as well as taking lots of photos of the two of us. He seemed to love being up there as much as we did. This was our holiday highlight and we are still talking about the generosity of our pilot with his time and care. We can't thank you enough for this experience of a lifetime.

Short but very memorable! - Check-in was easy and fuss-free. Weather was superb! It rained the night before and cleared up just in time for our flight. Recommend to go in the mornings (for Dec period). Nice souvenir pic at the glacier (printed on the spot) albeit need to pay ($20). Would've loved for it to be a longer flight!

Great experience - Such a great experience. The flight had amazing views and the pilot was friendly and gave us lots of facts. Standing atop the glacier was super cool. We weren’t able to fly at the time I booked due to cloud coverage but the company were good at accommodating our plans and rescheduling us for the following morning before we left.

Awesome! - Learnt a lot about the glacier and history. The snow was soft and fluffy under the crust and it wasn’t as cold as I thought it would be. Awesome experience. Highly recommend.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ amazing ! - This is an ABSOLUTE must when in Franz Josef. We did a 20 minute snow landing up the Franz Josef Glacier. Our pilot Josh was awesome taking some memorable Polaroid pictures of me and my best friend in the snow. Truly amazing 🤩 5 stars

Fantastic Experience - Truly fantastic experience. Our 30 minute trip included 10 minutes walking/standing/lying on the Franz Josef Glacier. Our pilot was fantastic- sharing enough information and fling gently to/from Glacier. Thoroughly recommend.
